I stayed for 1 night since this was the most accessible hotel for my exam venue. The price was reasonable which includes breakfast. Room was clean and well sanitized,. I was able to have a good night sleep prior my exam. My second stay here and will surely book again soon.

Amazing staff especially the guard on duty”
Location and environment is perfect. Staff is accommodating and helpful. I commend the guard which i forgot to ask his name but he is on day-time duty of January 3, 2021. He helped me got a taxi even it's raining and difficult to get a cab. Will definitely go back and recommend to others. No hassle in checking in. Though, the telephone had no dial tone, no tv, no wi-fi but it's understandable coz they too were affected by typhoon odette. Praying for more success. Contrary to my accommodation in MCITI SUITES in J. LLORENTE ST., CEBU which a VERY DISAPPOINTING STAFF AND PLACE. MCITI SUITES ASKED FOR MORE ADDITIONAL CHARGE COSTING TO 1800.00 PESOS DUE TO POWERED BY GENERATOR, BUT GOSH, AT 2:OO AM. THE POWER SHUT DOWN. THE GASOLINE OF THE GENERATOR MIGHT BE CONSUMED ALREADY. AND NOONE ATTENDED COZ THE STAFF WENT HOME AS EARLY AS 8 PM. Only the GUARD IS ON DUTY WHO CANNOT ATTEND THE NEEDS OF THE GUESTS. MY ROOM HAS NO PILLOW WHEN I DISCOVERED IT AFTER MY DINNER. NOONE ATTENDED COZ NO STAFF ON DUTY ANYMORE. I INSERTED MY REVIEW HERE ON MCITI SUITES COZ I WAS ABLE TO UNINTENTIONALLY PRESS SUBMIT BUTTON WHICH MY REVIEW WAS NOT FINISHED YET. AND, I WILL CAMPAIGN AGAINST MCITI SUITES FOR CLIENTS NIT TO AVAIL THEIR ACCOMMODATION COZ IT'S BUT DISGUSTING! PRAYING FOR THE SUCCESS OF DIAMOND SUITES AND RESIDENCES. I booked Diamond Suites and Residences twice last March. I stayed solo and on the other occassion, my sister and her children stayed there for four nights. Generally, the staff are the gem of the facility. They are very helpful and courteous. I also like relaxing mode of the hotel plus it is a just a stone throw away from Ayala Center and close to IT Park. Staying there provided us peace anf comfort in the entire duration of our respective stays. That is why I booked it in advance for Sinulog 2023!
