Find hotels near Dien Duong in Hoi An, Vietnam

We booked Le Belhamy for 3 nights in late February, staying with our two boys (5 & 7) in a family villa with pool. The resort is well laid out, with villas and rooms dotted around the property, two different pool areas, in addition to the private pool in our villa. It was pretty quiet at the resort, being mid-week and not high season, so we had our choice of pools, deck chairs, beach chairs, etc. The beach was only swimmable on the last day due to high waves, but the beach itself was clean and the kids had fun running in and out of the waves. The pools were not heated, but warmed up in the sun and felt perfect (although the one in our villa was more shaded, so didn't get as warm). There was a kids club in the hotel, but we never saw a soul there and the kids didn't really want to go (it had a bit of an abandoned feel to it). The spa was lovely for a massage, and also very quiet. Breakfast was plentiful, with options for both Asian and Western European/North American tastes. The staff didn't have a lot to do as it was so quiet, so they were very helpful and friendly, especially with the kids. There is a free shuttle into Hoi An, although the times are not always convenient so we took a taxi twice which was cheap. The only real negative we have to say about the hotel is that the beds are rock hard. They are basically hard foam slabs stuck on wooden frames. They were hard enough that sleeping on our side sometimes made our limbs fall asleep due to lack of circulation. However, the rest of the hotel made up for slightly uncomfortable nights and we would definitely look at coming back again (maybe with mattress toppers in our luggage!).

It's a small brand new hotel run by the owner, and he's into every detail. He was the one who picked us up at Da Nang's airport (even though our airport was delayed)! The rooms are big and confortable, and the general display of the hotel is nice (it's exactly like the pictures you can find). Breakfast is good (the only downside is that coffee and juice are not included, but they are not expensive). But what stands out is the effort spent in making your stay as confortable as possible! The hotel is not inside Hoi An city, but it's 10-15 minutes motorcycle ride away (they will rent you a motorcycle at a really cheap price); the owner has a van that he uses to drive passengers into town at night (1 usd per person). Overall, it's a GREAT stay, where you will feel at a friend's home; we (my wife and I) loved it. If we ever come back to Hoi An, will be staying at this hotel for sure.

Two backpacker's recommended the loveley Ha My Seaside Homestay. It's a bit further away from the city but right next to the beach, very peacful and quiet. The perfect place especially if you want to escape the busy and loud city and spend a few relaxing days! Vy, the young lady who ownes the hostel, is such a great host, very kind, helpful and knows the answer to all your questions regarding your stay in Hoi An. She organizes all kinds of tours and busses and knows, which companies offer the best service for a good price. She really lools after her guests very well amd takes care of them. Vy and her family cook delicious, healthy food for good prices at the homestay.  Everything is fresh and she makes the best fruit juices and smoothies, with no extra-sugar! The evening before a lot of her guests left, she organized a delicious BBQ for us! We were like a family all together, very relaxed athmosphere during my stay. The rooms and bathrooms (yes of course with hot water!) are spacious and clean. Towels and soap are provided. She rents bicycles and scooters. She also does laundry for 30 000/kg.
