Convenient stay with young children”

We booked one night for 2 adults and 1 child (2years) Plus: Location is great near la saline les bains. Beware, it's a residential area and parking can be quite tricky. The swimming pool is awesome and children friendly. The staff is young and dynamic. Room is correct, no bottle of water in room, fortunately you can use tap water. The cons: Well, seems that all the staff are not really briefed with a strict management. They have lots of freedom and rely on their youth and dynamic attitude. It can be quite disturbing when you are use to traditional management. The restaurant is independant from the hotel, so if you do not book separately, even if you are hotel resident, you won't have a reserved table.

Les prestations offertes par l'hotel sont de très bonne qualité. L'accueil est attentionnée. On est un peu surpris de le voir entouré d'habitation à l'arrière ce qui impact l'intimité des clients. Cependant, lorsque l'on est du côté vie et réception de l'hotel, on se sent vraiment au calme. Les chambres sont d'un très bon standing et super bien équipée. La piscine est au top et la partie restauration est offre de très bonnes prestations. Bien que tout soit à proximité (plages, restaurants, commerces...) il est nécessaire d'avoir une voiture. J'y retournerai sans hésité.
