We loved our stay at the Shell Villa. The views were AMAZING and the villa itself was very beautiful. They even stocked our fridge with a few basic items such as eggs, bread, jam, butter, juice, all for free. The commute to station 1 white beach is about 10-15 mins and cost P300 per way for the both of us. That's probably the worst part of staying at Diniwid Beach and not right on White Beach is it can be costly if you wanted to go back and forth. But apparently you can also walk along the beach and that takes about 15 mins (we did not try it). The staff were very nice and met the owner too who also owns a restaurant at D-mall. Very good restaurant with also some healthy options :)

Amor apartments are a super nIce place on Boracay island where you can really relax and enjoy the beauty of the island. Amazing view from our ocean suite directly onto white beach and the sea. Very friendly owners and staff! Nicely done with loads of charming details. The Apartment hotel is situated close to Citymall (where you can shop), and only a 3-min walk to the beach - Diniwid beach, which has a nice restaurant to eat (Mama's Fish House) and is great for swimming, sun tanning and many water sports. Diniwid is also known as a sunset spot! And is not so crowded like the next beach - white beach. From Diniwid you can walk or jog along the whole beach, passing station 1, 2, X, 3.....:-). Bit of a mission from Manila: domestic terminal airport (various airlines ie Cebu, PAL, SkyJet), 40 min flight to Caticlan, transfer to Jetty Port, boat across to Boracay, then bus to resort. I'd heard Stations 1-3 were quite busy/very commercialised so opted to go a bit further north to Diniwid Beach and glad we did. Reception & staff so friendly & helpful, we got an Executive Beach view room (could jump from balcony to beach front!) huge rooms with 2 dbl beds, TV, balcony, aircon unit, Bathroom with shower & a fridge. Hotel connected with a small restaurant/bar on the beach with own tables & sunbeds - free for use by guests. Admittedly, we ended most of our nights next door at the MicroTel which had a bar, pool, lounge seating and made lovely cocktails & food. Also tried the neighbouring hotel restaurants: Spider House (floating seating above the sea), Nami: clifftop restaurant & spa). Would definitely recommend & stay here again - absolutely beautiful!

The view was breathtaking. What you see from the pictures is what you really get. The staffs were super friendly and accomodating. The place was immaculate and table decors were made of fresh flowers. <3. Every spot was spacious. They would give you welcome drinks and fresh fruits, and you have a supply of drinking water. However, please take note of the following information: 1) People around the area call this place "SPR", so don't waste your time finding Villa Alloy or Tropicana Ocean Villas or Diniwid Villas as they might lead you to other streets. 2) If you are with senior citizens, just like my parents, or people with knee problems, the place cannot be endorsed. You will have to climb 145 steps (they claim it's 136) from the shore to the gate, and another 72 steps from the gate to the main door of Villa Alloy. We were lucky because when we had lunch at Nami Resort (which by the way had a lift), the management allowed us to pass through their private back door which leads to the gate of SPR properties. 3) They have good wifi connection, but they do not have television sets on the living room and guest room. There's a TV in the master's bedroom but it is not functioning. 4) There's air conditioning unit ONLY at the guest room. 5) There's no internal access from the living room to the guest room. You have to go out of the house before you can go downstairs. Nonetheless, if the abovementioned things do not bother you, this place is still HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Staff were so responsive and kind! I'm an experienced traveler, and I've never been treated better(even at 5 star places). Shallow end of pool for kids. Spacious room. Impeccably clean facilities. Free drinking water cooler in hallway. Sunset view from Diniwid is great. Temper your expectations about Diniwid beach location...it collects a lot of sea scruff, but it's a 10 minute walk around rock cliffs to get to White Beach(or take free shuttle).

Staffs are great, they're approachable and friendly, they even prepared early for my breakfast so I can catch my flight in Kalibo. For the place, it's far away from Station 1 to 3 as the location is in Diniwid, so you need to ride a tricycle that will drop you in CityMall and walked for like 5-10 mins. The stairs going up in the reception of the hotel is steep and needs to be careful. I stayed on their new bunk bed room and there are no lockers, one of the bunk beds doesn't have stairs and beds in the upper part is too close in ceiling, especially the middle one. I think they need to improve it. In going to Diniwid beach (the best spot to watch sunset) it's just 3-5 mins walk. Overall, I can say that I'm gonna stay again.

Cons: For a fanstastic hotel like this I don't expect guest to pay the life vest and snorkelling gears at high prices. Life vest is 100peso and snorkelling gear is 150peso for 2 hours. I usually get 100peso for both for whole day. The hotel is nice but to stay whole day doing nothing could also be boring so I hope the management will reconsider the renting policies. Food in the restaurant has Paris prices, we want to relax and enjoy more in the hotel, but at the end we have to go out every night for cheaper dinner. Limited internet coverage. Pros: Friendly staff, spacious room, wonderful balcony and seaview. When you open your eyes in the morning, th crystal clear water in just in front of you. The Diniwid beach is really relaxing as compared to white beach. It is also very close to Puka Beach. And the complimentary breakfast is fantastic. Even I don't like the renting policies, if you are on honeymoon and looking for a romantic place, the hotel is highly recommended.

+ Let's start with the location. It is on Diniwid beach that close to white beach. Diniwid keeps all the advantages of the white beach (beautiful colors of water and sand, perfect water entrance, easy access to cafes and shopping) and still remains quite place aside the crowd. Room is big and clean (we had deluxe seaview). There is real view to the sea from a balcony (you can find foto on the website). Shower stream was very strong that is rear for an island hotel. There are a lot of European standard sockets. During our stay staff could provide us with thermometer (first aid box is available). Beach beds, beach towels, umbrellas are for your comfort. The hotel has sand beach part for its customers. Breakfast is on Artista Café with good view to the beach. The range of breakfast food is very limited but good. Staff serves you always with a smile. (I really admire that as I can’t so smiley) - The only thing that I’m not happy about is wooden floor in the shower. It was old and does not look good. (It could be the reason for blue stain fungus) I can’t understand why wood was used as half of the bathroom floor is made with breaks.

We did not expect this stay to be as pleasant as it was. The accommodation might be simple but you will be amazed by the spot, your room being literally ON the best beach spot Boracay has to offer! And to top it all off, we completely fell in love with the Family that runs this establishment; Teresita (whom we called "Mama") an amazing women with so many achievements our jaw will drop, and her sons Jay Ar and Christian, with who we spent a lot of good time and shared unforgettable memories.

I'm happy with this hotel. Why? Affordable price Clean room Room has kitchenette so that u can cook sometimes Owner and his wife always in job to help you And only 4 mın on foot to best beach of boracay(dınıwıd) Its far from the statıons zone. On foot 25 min. For you being in centre for close to night life I can't recommend. But front of the hotel tricycles are waiting always. By 20 peso anytime u can reach to station two zone. But for families with kids and for swimmers. That's the best hotel

The staff are accomodating at Sulu Sea Boutique hotel. I needed to print a one page document and they welcomed me to use one of their computers and printers at no extra cost. In addition, breakfast is serve fresh i.e you order and then they cook it unlike some hotels that serve breakfast to you that has been reheated. I just wish they serve a wide range of breakfast however it is understandable that they have limited choices for there are only 8 rooms to serve. Although they do not serve lunch or dinner, they can order delivery for you and you have a choice of eating it in your room or at their dining area. The rooms are very new, spacious and clean. I hope that they will maintain the level of cleaniness for these rooms. Only disappointment is that they charge you for their bottles of mineral water however you can just purchase a big bottle of 4litres of mineral water at around 72pesos at one of the stores along Diniwid Road. Take note that you have to pay 100pesos per way for a tricycad (tuk tuk) ride to the main beach if you hire one them that is parked near the hotel. This is considered as a charter service. If you want to save (esp if you are not a group),keep walking along Diniwid Road till you find a tricycad that is charging regular fare approximately 10-15pesos per person. Or another option is to walk through the beach at the edge of Diniwid beach that connects to Station One -However I discourage this if it is the monsoon season as the waves can be huge and dangerous. This place is best for people who will not have problems walking as there are some steep and uneven areas to walk through before reaching the hotel.Take note that the hotel is not connected directly to Diniwid road.There's a shortcut through a private area that will be open in the morning and close at around 8-9pm. If you arrive late, you have to walk through a common path that leads to Diniwid beach and a sign board will point to the main entrance of the hotel. Bring a torch light.

It was second time in Boracay and till now I was staying in station 3 and 2; crowded, close to everything but doesn’t worth the stress. Vilus Place is close to Diniwid beach which is by far the best one: clean, not crowded, not noisy. Nice clean room, nice staff, not noisy, good WiFi in case of needs, close to few affordable restaurants and even a mall, grocery store. The beach is 5 minutes walk From the main road (where’s the mall) you can take an electric shared tricycle which will get you down to the “noisy-crowded” area for only 15p and those works 24h! Definitely recommend them :)

Nonna and Fabri are a wonderful couple and spectacular hosts. They told us all the best places and restaurants to visit, and the places we should avoid. They gave us all the transportation rates, so we weren't scammed by tricycle drivers who would hike up the rates on tourists. They had constant contact with us prior to our arrival and even allowed us to check-in early and checkout late. Fabri even arranged a short notice private diving trip with the company he works for that was safe, enjoyable, and exceptionally affordable. They are very friendly and I would recommend my best friends and my family to stay with Nonna and Fabri. I will stay with them on my next visit to Boracay ! This Villa has it all... Firsly I have to mention the amazing staff, that not only look after your every need and request but become your friends and really enjoy every interaction with them.. This mansion over looking paradise is everything you need for any occasion. It has views you dream about and extras you've never even thought about.. Before we (a group of 13) even left for our holiday we were contacted by Steve and he organised how journey from the airport to he villa, and arrived to a beautifully prepared BBQ dinner. I could go on for days, If your heading to Boracay (I definitely recommend you do) you just HAVE to stay here.

We had an amazing stay at the Kalinaw Villa! It’s like a home away from home in Boracay. It is very close to the beach and there is a supermarket that is near as well which is perfect for us as we cook everyday. What we like about this place aside from the location is the service by the staff. Aside from that having a kitchen, huge dining area and a bar is a huge plus. Oh there is also a sound system which is awesome! Definitly worth our stay!
