Excellent hotel. Cannot beat location as right opposite terminal building. Room was excellent with everything you could want and more. Even an iron and ironing board (full size) was very useful as my coat had become very creased on coach. Did not have the breakfast as we were flying very early but noted the cooked breakfast started at 6.00am and buffet at 4.30am. Check...

We stayed recently for an onsite Christmas party. The staff were great and the room a good size with comfortable beds. The catering for the party was very good and organised well. Drinks were reasonable and the room service breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend for onsite events or even for an early departure from Bristol airport.

The rooms at the front are right next to the A38 and there is heavy traffic noise all night, so loud as to prevent sleeping. However, the food is excellent and recommended

No facilities inside, nowhere to hang towels never mind clothes No facilities outside, pub closed for renovations..for 3 years?? And tea room open from 11am doesn't help for breakfast. Didnt see any staff, no welcoming. They tried to charge us more than when I booked through Agoda.

Perfect place to stay if you need to sleep near Bristol airport. Bed was very comfortable. Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing.

On arrival, no one on reception. Towel are totally worn out and small. Shower tap is really weak and slow. Shower handle are broken and water splashed everywhere. I requested for iron and board but they have none. Told me they don't supply.

I booked a room for 1 night stay for myself a nd 2 sisters, ages 75, 70 and 68; nothing wrong with the room other than the put me up bed which 1 sister slept on and said it was very uncomfortable, ok for children but not an older person. Good place when using Bristol Airport to stay, 15 mns round the corner.

Our stay was very good, room clean, beds comfortable, plentiful tea and coffee supplies and the added bonus of free transfer to Bristol Airport made it a very pleasant and easy stay.

only problem we had was the constant power trip in our room which left us very cold as the heater was not working and there was no hot water. i was left showering with cold water in sub 0 degree winter night!

great little inn! we had a wonderful dinner and breakfast! staff was very friendly! and we had a huge room enough for the five of us!

It was near Bristol Airport . We stayed overnight as we had an early morning flight . We enjoyed a nice relaxed meal and a few drinks and an early night . They even gave us a early morning call .

Just over night for early departure from airport. The facility satisfied our requirements for this but any longer I wouldn't recommend. Shower ran out of hot water with one person shower only.

We were in the” lodge “which was a glorified mobile home .On opening the door you were hit with a smell hard to describe which made me think it was not clean. One of the cupboards was filthy and the cups weren’t the cleanest .The whole place was in need of a good clean to get rid of the smell.Location wise excellent and the transfers were a God send when we were gettin...

It was perfect for just what we needed - a quiet place that was within 5 minutes of Bristol airport. Bonus for us was that the rooms appeared to be well kept and modern, quite large and very quiet.

Perfectly appointed apartment in a beautiful house with gorgeous gardens. Handy location for Bristol - just 10mins or so drive into the city but with the peace and quiet of the countryside. Warm and welcoming host Liz makes you feel right at home (and does superb bacon sarnies!). We would definately choose to stay here again on our next visit this way :-)

Fab accomodation close to the airport. Made it so much easier to get an early morning flight. Everything you needed. Coffee,tea and bread for breakfast. Even a convenient Chinese takeaway menu. Highly recommend
