Hotel is centrally located along Edsa and Ortigas Pasig City. It’s a walking distance from/to the MRT. There are only three elevators serving the 29 Storey Hotel and it’s terribly slow and on peak times, just like EDSA it’s traffic jam 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ you have to wait min 10-15 minutes just to get inside the elevator due to the crowd volume and slowness of the elevators. Concierge team did great service as well as the housekeepers (inclusive of the interns) assign on the 22nd floor where we stayed. Entire Hotel staff are friendly. We didnt manage to use the pool because of the on-going renovations, no-one from the reception told us about it when we checked in. Hotel towels are very old, thin and no longer white in color. Hotel management should ensure that their towels are in its finest usable conditions, similarly the pillows and linens. Interior is a bit old but still functioning. Anyway, our stay was good and recommend the hotel because of its location, cleanliness and friendly staff.

I am an OFW and was booked in another hotel in the same area however I need to extend for another day due to some medical purposes and the hotel that I am currently booked is already full. I looked for hotels nearby for my extension and found this hotel. Upon checking in, I was delighted and pleansantly surprised!!! The hotel is spanking new, the staff are super friendly and accommodating, and the room is hip , comfy , new and clean with complete facilities. They even gave us a surprise welcome gift! Its totally relaxing to stay in this hotel and I was dumbfounded realising that I should have booked here for the entire duration of my trip! I will be back soon! This hotel is also walking distance to Robinsons Galleria and maybe 15 mins walk to SM Megamall and Podium.

the one (1) bedroom suite at astoria plaza service apartments is large and comes with separate lounge with kitchen/dinning area that is reasonably equipped. other items when needed can be requested within reason. room has a separate bedroom suite with bathroom. staff were hospitable and friendly. always aim to please requests from guests. astoria plaza building is a tower and facilities are across floors. the facilities located at the ground floor of the astoria plaza are the best feature of the hotel. offering guests a lounge and dinning area that are well presented. astoria plaza serviced apartments is located on 15 j. escriva drive, origas business district, pasig city, manila. escriva drive is just behind and parallel to the main road, san miguel avenue, which leads to the major local malls and business district. i cannot find any fault with this high quality venue for serviced apartments. i would stay at this quality establishment again when they have a special offer. i have no hesitation in recommending it to friends/family with young children who wish to stay in pasig city, to enjoy a wide choice of places to shop and visit a variety of different restaurants.

located right at the center of ortigas district. very convenient and near major shopping malls (sm megamall, the podium, robinsons galleria, estancia mall and ayala 30th mall) in pasig and mandaluyong city. room is spacious enough to fit a family of 4 (parents + kids). front desk staff are very accommodating. buffet breakfast is just average. overall it was a good choice to stay at this hotel.

We were very happy with our stay in a one bedroom suite. The unit was complete with furnishings and kitchen equipment that would ensure a comfortable and relaxed stay in the hotel. The only downside i experienced was that the hotel was rather stingy with providing of bathroom toiletries. We were a family of 4 but the toiletries provided were enough for just 1 person. When i asked for additional supplies, i was told that this would already have extra charge. Another issue i have is the lower rate which i found out is being offered to local residents. In their brochure, we could have booked with the hotel directly for P 7000, this is for a one bedroom suite with buffet breakfast for 2. Therefore, i did not get the best rates from Agoda since i could have gotten a better deal if i booked directly with the hotel.

As a frequent traveler to Manila, I have stayed at several hotels in the area. The Privato is, by far, the best hotel for the money. It is located in Pasig and near to several malls including the Mega Mall, plus tons of great restaurants and easy access to Ortigas. The staff couldn't be better. From check in, to room service, to elevator operators and support staff, to all management. Just awesome. The rooms are relatively spacious, the bedding very comfortable, bathrooms are laid out very well. The hotel is relatively new (I think opened in Feb 2014) and that also adds to the comfort of the accommodations. I plan on staying here many times more in the future.

We booked a quadruple room and had 2 queen-sized beds for 2499. I wasnt expecting much at first since i knew that we booked a budget hotel. Signage is large outside, you wont be lost. However there was no elevator. Friendly staff. The room was clean and very spacious. Nice paint and interior design, super cozy, large closet. However wrong positioning of television set (around the corner of the room) and no cable. Towels and tissues were provided but no toiletries. Wifi is okay for browsing only. Place is very strategic esp if you are going to Ace Water Spa (just in front of the hotel). Also only a kilometer away to SM Megamall. Will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to my friends :)

Have stayed here nearly a week now and have decided to stay longer as I am very happy with this hotel. It is modern, staff are courteous and professional, the price is very good for this area of Pasig city. Its on a quiet back st about 5-10 minute walk to mega mall, the area is gated and guarded, i have walked all hours to the 24hr shops and felt ok. This residence was just opened earlier this year so everything is new. Definately recommend

If your business requires you to be north of Makati or BGC, Discovery Suites is perfect. Their one bedroom suites provide a "home away from home"atmosphere right in the center of things A and for basically $100! Global hotel chains in the area can provide you the same for maybe three times the price. Discovery is the hidden gem in the Ortigas/Pasig area that won't be so hidden after this post!

My partner and I were looking to spend the Friday night, and eventually the weekend on a high. We saw a good deal from Agoda for Victoria Court in Pasig. We were given the mini suite room which was homey and very cozy to stay in. We went to use the jacuzzi but then noticed something from above was dripping. We knew it was raining and the leak was coming from an electric lamp's position. Given that the fear of leptospirosis is all over the news, we decided not to use the jacuzzi (who knows what the leaks from the ceiling might bring). We ordered the classic pancit canton and their beef kare-kare, which was the best-tasting so far. We were disappointed by the duty manager who was somewhat confused as we faced inconvenience yet had the nerve of offering us a room where we would we charged more. Where's the logic? Anyone else who experiences inconvenience should be offered appeasement and not to charge them more. Wow. Nevertheless, we'll still return to VC and hope we experience better.

The staffs are great. I made a mistake with the reservation but the staffs handled it nicely and patiently. Also they offered us luggage storage since we came early and advise us where to eat or go for lunch while waiting. They are also very accommodating with our requests. The room is clean and nice and the soundproof was great, we did not hear a single thing even from the hallway, we had a good rest. Will definitely book here again when we needed to stay in Pasig :)

We had a unforgettable stay in Victoria Court Pasig. Once again we book a suit and it was like in a other world. The theme from the Suite was 1001 night, it is even to a 5 star suit. Like always we got the best service and finger licking good foods. The suite was very cleaning specious. Staff was super friendly and they try to made possible what you want. If you want the best experience I recommend to book a suit you will not regret. Thank you so much, see you again.

After local friends told me about the reputation of this franchise, many things crossed my mind during the stay. The room was clean and my stay ended up being enjoyable. It’s located within walking distance to the Yard Underground. The staff was friendly. While overall, the stay was good, it was a little higher prices than the last place I stayed in Pasig, in which it’s location was better.

Hotel accomodation is good. The room is spacious and clean. There's a 29-inch TV but no cable, just the TV Plus black box. Shower has functional heater which is nice though the toilet has no bidet (despite it being listed on the included items in our room). The room for 5-6 persons has two bunk bed and a queen size bed but you have to request for blankets and tissue paper. The bed is not soft enough for my liking but for the accomodation price, it's ok. There sachets of coffee, shampoo, a small Safeguard soap, and a 1L bottle of water which we thought is included just like in any other hotels but we're surprised to find out we have to pay for those at the checkout. There's an electric kettle provided but could've been better if there's a mini fridge, too. They also have free wifi (that can be used even when inside our room) though it isn't that strong, just good enough for usual browsing. Overall, experience is great and the staff are nice.

Our stay at the Sogo Hotel in Cainta was as Ok. Location was good. Public transport was close. Cheap taxis are available. The room was reasonable size and modern, considering the price. This hotel can be used for a minimum of 2 hours. NOT a family hotel. Double bed was hard, but ok. Internet was free, and but very very slow. Password was easy to setup Breakfast was not offered at our price. English was spoken. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. The cleaning staff did a fair job. The air conditioning was noisy and useless no fridge safe in the room. No window in our room. The TV was modern. The channel selection included 2 porn, a HBO, a movie and a few others. The bathroom was small. Water pressure was ok and was hot. Shower was good, but floor very slippery. Very open shower, so water goes everywhere. not enough power points . Cell Phone reception in our room with Smart card was no good Summary. good stay except internet and phone signal.

first day at the hotel so very disappointing because we arrived exactly 2pm for check in but unfortunately the staff of sogo hotel did not accommodate us immediately because according to their manager that they haven't received yet the hotel voucher for the confirmation of our booking. it was 4 o'clock pm when we were allowed to enter in the room type that we've booked. on the other hand,on the next day until we've check out we found out that all the staff of the hotel were very courteous, the foods were very delicious too and affordable and above all the hotel itself is very clean and the facilities were ok. we've have realized that what had happened to us on the first day of our check in, the manager was just following the sop of their hotel and we understand..

Before making a reservation, I read all the other reviews to include the complainer from Australia. Regardless, I originally booked a room for 5 days, and due to my great satisfaction, have stayed an additional 5 days. Someone said it was in a "shady area". Not so, and actually, the garage type rooms provide the guest with a much greater level of security than being in a big 3 or 4 star hotel where there isn't anyone who can see your room door 24/7. Greater security is also provided with the first door with card entry (and deadbolt) into a small entry room, and then a 2nd keyhole door (another deadbolt) into the main room. Mariposa has their own kitchen with a good menu. I enjoyed their Chicken Teriyaki so much that I ordered it 3 or 4 times during my stay. Also, there are several sari-sari stores within 50m to fulfill simple needs. The staff... Great, friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to converse with. The room.... Clean and well provided. Nice bathroom with hot water shower. As for me, I'm an American living in a different part of the Philippines, but have traveled extensively worldwide. Totally satisfied and would stay here again.

This hotel continues to grow with many new theme rooms now available. The location within a quick ten minute walk to Santa Lucia East Grand Mall in Antipolo City. The reception is not air conditioned and still the only place with wifi reception. The check in was quick and they have a security Guard who will take your gate pass so it feels safe. The theme rooms are the best choice available as both garage rooms or room only. They fitting are nicely done, showers hot, rooms clean and air conditioning works well. The rooms keys are handed to reception as you come and go and they are always smiling. There is a room service food option now. Local restaurants open till late are just out front of the hotel so you wont starve. There is still some construction but the noise was not intrusive. The massive Santa Lucia East Grand Mall has retail shops, restaurants and bargains to be had in the basement stalls. Two supermarkets are located there also. Transport options include taxi, and jeeps. Overall A-

Hello I stayed here for the mandatory quarantine by the Philippine Government. This hotel is not what you will expect of a typical hotel. I was very satisfied and surprise that my room is a little bit bigger than most of the hotels around the area. The estimated square meters for a standard room (taxi) is around 25-28 sq/m. The room is clean, although the building itself look old because of the surrounding area, it is a bit in the darker side of things, the hallways are dark, there is light however not enough light. In my opinion the management can probably repaint and renovate the halls, make it brighter one suggestion I also would like to add is the bathroom is a little bit dark, the bathroom is big and clean, however it is dark. As for the staff, I can't express my gratitude for their help, staff was very accommodating, although sometimes you will hear the frustration in their voices but they are very accommodating and helpful. The included amenities such as water and towels and tissue is enough for me, although some people will probably ask for more. Overall I don't know why this hotel has less than 3 stars overall (rating). I would recommend this to a lot of my friends and family. With little by little improvements on the surroundings, they could probably reach up to 4 stars hotel ratings. Again I would recommend it.
