        when you need to stay in the center of city, as for my, is the best price-location, for 1-3 days. good water supply (in shower) but only 0.5 drinking water for person (but didn't ask to provide more) only scramble eggs cannot cook

        Convenience and Space!”

        I am a believer of the expression "Luxury is space!" as well as "Location, Location, Location!". Breakfast could be improved but the staff are all nice and willing to help you and that counts for something. I also stayed at a big name hot shot luxury hotel here in Astana but I won't give a name - and - they made a mistake and entered into my room in the middle of the night (2 AM!) while I was almost asleep. You will never experience such things in Diplomat and you will not find the same value for money elsewhere... That's my honest personal opinion...

        Good hotel, but avoide the upstairs restaurant. Service is horrible.”

        The hotel has a great location for touring the city. If it is not frigid outside you can do lots of walking to see sights. Staff at front desk is adequate, but not overly friendly or helpful. They don't really seem to care. The hotel is very clean and the bar in the lobby is very nicely located. We were traveling for 6 weeks, and the restaurant upstairs was the worst experienced on the whole trip. Wait staff was more interested in talking to each other, than attending to their customers. There are lots of good restaurants in the city,taxi's are inexpensive, so go and explore. You can even have the taxi wait for you so there is no hassle getting back to hotel. On another subject, the Hop on Hop Off bus is a total waste of time and money. The day we took it they, only made two stops and one was for 20 minutes near a shopping mall.with nothing for the tourist to explore. Walk, hire a taxi or even take the very inexpensive buses.

        الفندق سيء جدا .. لا يوجد خدمات فندقية كتنزيل حقائب وغيرها .. الفندق قديم جدا ولا يرتقي لتقييم حتى بنجمتين .. استغرب وجود مثل هذه الفنادق في وسط المدينة .. ألزموني بدفع مبالغ طائلة بسبب وجود اوساخ بسيطة جدا على مفرش النوم .. لا انصح باعادة التجربة لهذا الفندق

        Расположение великолепное, завтраки хорошие, персонал отличный, особенная благодарность Алие на рецепшене! Уборка с заменой белья ежедневная, туалетные принадлежности, чай, кофе, вода обновлялась. Да недочёты по мебели, но и цена прям демократичная. Отель понравился, хоть и въезжали после Риксоса и морально готовились к худшему, но были приятно удивлены отелем, поэтому однозначно рекомендую!

        Очень хороший, чистый просторный отель”

        Довольно шумно от автомобилей и все номера выходят на улицу. Парковка бесплатная есть. Завтрак разнообразный, но нет вареного кофе. Персонал дружелюбный, номер чистый и просторный.

        Кратковременное пребывание в отеле Дипломат”

        Жил в отеле Дипломат 22.09.21 по 23.09.21, проживанием доволен, номер чистый, есть ванная, горячая, холодная вода, шампунь, лосьон, шапочка для душа, мыло. Выехал рано утром, неуспел позавтракать. Отель могу рекомендовать одиноким, и парам.

        Находится в центре, рядом с Байтереком. Номере чистые, заселили быстро. Было очень холодно, на улице +4 в номере нет не обогревателя и не работает кондиционер на обогрев, одеяло тонкое и меленькое на двух человек. тапочки, халат и полотенце на одного (хорошо что подушки было 2шт), окно не открывается. Завтрак это отдельная тема. Огурцы, помидоры, колбаса, сыр уже заветренные, как-будто не свежие, на выбор каша, сосиски с картошкой жаренные, вареное яйцо и что то жаренное типа кабачки-баклажаны. Чай с пакетиков, кофе растворимый.
