An overall beautiful stay”
My boyfriend and I opted for the keyless entry and it was incredibly easy with the my Disney experience app. Beautiful and well kept grounds, extremely friendly staff, clean room and cozy beds. It’s all we could ask for. Getting from the resort to the Disney properties was very easy as well. Shuttles ran regularly and went to all of the Disney properties. If you want to get to the Universal properties though you have to Uber/Lyft but I think that’s normal for competing resorts. Definitely manageable. I would stay at that resort again.

Disney hotels are the best”
I can’t believe the deal I got to stay at a Disney hotel. It was a spontaneous trip over the weekend. We felt safe and loved the trip. Not a lot of food for younger children but did have a grab and go. Very good location and bus service to the parks.

i changed my hotel many times because of our plans changing, i booked this hotel last minute. it was amazing, i wish we had more time by the pool and to spend at the resort. we are already talking about going back and staying there next time.

Relaxing”
Room was great and really clean! Not much open due to COVID, have to watch the food and shop hours. Busses fill up quick and do take a bit longer. Walking around the resort was great and well kept.

Last minute deal”
Huge property but easily walkable to all the fun stuff. Nice choice of food within the mecardo but wouldn't have the breakfast sandwich again as it was very bland. Beds comfortable, rooms very clean. Property beautifully maintained.

Beautiful new tower!”
This is just a one night stay before checking into our beach club villa. The new tower has really added a lot to this spot. We stayed in the ranches and was fine for us. We explored the new tower and found it lovely with nice restaurants. We will return!

Disappointed”
We arrived to check in around 6 pm and stood in line for over an hour. When it was our turn, we asked if we could possibly have a late check out in the morning since we were running the half marathon the next day and wanted to shower before our departure. We were told no and then he proceeded to tell us our room wasn’t ready, would we mind waiting on it. We were disappointed that check in is at 3 pm and by 7 pm our room wasn’t ready yet and there was no sort of flexibility on the part of the hotel. They expect you to wait for a late check in but there is no possibility of late check out or any sort of discounted rate for not being able to check in on time. When we finally did get to our room, there was hair all over the bathroom and used dental rubber bands in the floor. We went to dinner in the hotel where the service was good but the food was terrible. We did like the bus service to/from the park the next morning. This was my first experience staying in a Disney hotel. Not impressed

Rude staff. Wasted half of a day trying to fix our magic bands. Tried to place us in downgrade room”
Will never go back or recommend. No regard for our family time or my disabilities. Manager lied about the type of room we paid for being available. Went online to rebook and found several rooms available. After telling him he lied to us our room was moved. I told the manager to keep in mind I’m a disabled veteran and do not have my wheelchair. He placed us all the way at the end furthest from elevator. Disgusted at the behavior and none of the staff seemed to care. We were treated way better by housekeeping and bell hops than these managers.

Good option for Disney travelers”
If all you want to do is have the Disney experience, this is a good moderate resort. We stayed in the Grand Destino tower with water view which was a great choice for us as a couple with no kids who appreciate modern facilities and don’t want everything to be Disney-related. The other areas of the resort are older and more geared toward families and typical Disney travelers who want that true Disney immersion. I enjoyed the rooftop bar a lot - Dahlia- and morning walks on the property were also a highlight for me. Barcelona Lounge has great morning coffee options as well. Staff are pleasant and always helpful. Bus transport to the parks is a nice plus. Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool due to the weather during our stay.

We arrived at 3am at the hotel and the staff were helpful in helping us checked in and settled. The bus service to all the theme park was very convenient. It is a large resort and the staff were very helpful when we got lost! Lovely resort!

Perfect mix of price and luxury ”
This hotel is right in the sweet spot, it is not nearly as expensive as the high end Disney hotels, but has a feel and amenities that is much nicer than other mid tier hotels - Have stayed there twice and love it

Beautiful but expensive ”
Facilities are gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. Great variety of restaurant choices and staff is friendly and helpful. My complaint is for that amount of money, housekeeping should be provided daily.

Our booking was messed up and I had to pay a completely separate charge for a $100 more just to get a room. They should have at least honored the original booking price. Now the fight to get one of the two charges refunded. The cleaning crew knocked on the door three times on the morning of check out, before we checked out. Woke up up 2 out of the 3 times.

The resort is nice. It’s quite large so realize today go anywhere on the resort you’re going to walk a bit. The beds are comfortable. Nice pools and one hot tub at the dig site. We would recommend this hotel and come again.

Great location”
This is a great hotel for proximity to Disney. The shuttles were prompt and. Wry easy to find. The staff was very friendly and the hotel room was very clean. The downsides: the room came with a mini fridge but no microwave or toaster but I found out later that you could request those items from housekeeping. The other downside is that the property is very large and we had a difficult time finding how to get to the pool. Once we found it though, it was awesome!
