Power outage”

Overall experience was fine, but the major issue the power outage for a few hours during the day and night. Taking the stairs a few times everyday is not the best guest experience especially when they charge a price that is close to their competitors who provide even better experience.

Nice place misses a lot”

Location is great..but the service value is so much less than what you pay for. No cups(Delivered upon request) No boiler(Delivered upon request) No ashtrey(Delivered upon request) Bottom line..you get what you need politely but this should be ready once you book before you are arrive. Moreover, i checked in really late(8 pm) and still all these small details that mayter was not ready.

Great location”

The best thing about this apartment is it's location, 2 min away from El hamra street and 10 min from seafront. Staff is very helpful and welcoming, especially Khalil. The furniture is a bit old and kitchen material very limited. However, it wasn't much of a problem for us since we only slept there. Internet was spotty in the beginning, but the staff managed to arrange it to facilitate our stay. Overall, recommend.
