Palm Beach treasure”
Just returned for another fantastic Aruba trip staying at the Divi Phoenix. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The front desk staff welcomes you and check in is fast and efficient. The housekeeping staff is friendly and extremely well trained in keeping your room clean and stocked with plenty of towels and sundries. Any and all requests are quickly handled with a smile. This trip the manager on duty Yvanise, went above and beyond to provide service demonstrating appreciation for guests comfort and time. After a long travel day it was greatly appreciated!! Even our bartender gave us all the info info about daily specials and happy hour. We took advantage of Taco Tuesday right away! The property is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The view from this property is spectacular and so is the beach. Best spot on Palm Beach to enjoy Aruba.

Return to paradise”
After canceling all other travel this year due to covid we decided to make our 25th trip to aruba. The island requires proof of a negative covid test within 72 hours of landing and has outstanding cleanliness standards in place. The Divi did a fantastic job of ensuring the safety of their guests. From sanitizing pool and beach chairs to all staff in masks. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Location is perfect . Staff is very friendly and helpful. This was our 5th stay at the divi phoenix and each one has been outstanding. We will return next year and highly recommend this resort.

Overall very nice”
We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment in the beach tower. Overall very nice. Our unit was on the first floor. At first we thought the first floor would not be good because it would not have as good of a view, but in the end we were very happy that we could just walk out of the room straight to the pool or the beach. The view of the beach from the room was pretty much non-existent, just a sliver, but it was still very nice. We were in room 811.. One thing to be aware of is that when they say "beach tower", that really just means that it is in one of several buildings, any of the seven story buildings. So almost everything is in the beach tower. The room was fairly nice, if a little bit dark. The only real drawback was that the room had a door to an adjoining room, and the noise would come through the door from the people staying next door. They should really sound proof the door. Other than that, Nice facility in a pretty good location. Not as close to the center of the Palm Beach hub as some other hotels, but we had a car and it was no problem. Good staff. We ate one time at the Pure Beach restaurant, and it was pretty good. Enjoy!

Great Stay!”
Just had a great stay. We stayed in the older section. Finishes are on the older side but loved the space for our family. Loved the view and location. Quick accessibility to the beach and back to our room. My kids looked forward to Darvin's kids activities at 10am each day. Treasure hunt, olympics, etc.

Pleasant Stay ”
Divi Phoenix is centrally located which makes it easy to walk or taxi to shopping, site seeing and casinos. Beautiful views. CAUTION: They automatically charge a 15% service fee on all purchases including food and beverages, so I over paid by including a 20% tip for a total of 35% gratuity. Didn't realize it until the last day there. The jacuzzi jets are broken and when I asked if they are on the schedule to be fixed the manager had no idea they were broken. Still we had a wonderful time!

The only thing that was disappointing is that if you want a tiki umbrella spot at the beach they say they can be claimed at 5am, several times I came down at 4:45 am and bags had already been placed to save the spot, meaning people(the timeshare owners) had placed them the night before. And some were reserved and they didn't even come down to the beach until afternoon. Not fun getting up at 5am on vacation!

Solo Holiday Escape”
I traveled to Aruba for a relaxing and reinvigorating solo trip during Covid pandemic era Winter holiday season. The Divi Phoenix served as the perfect home base for a nearly two week getaway; the location is perfectly close to the scene of The Village in Noord while catering a private beach with comfortable and calm waters. The staff is amiable and very attentive. I would recommend for solo or group travel of any kind. Enjoyed my stay so much!

Everyone is tested before entering country, yet dancing is banned, most places closed, can't even sit at table parties greater than 2. It is absolute communism foolishness. Mostly owners so more of a condo feel rather than hotel feel. 1 bedroom suite in tower (older building) was spacious and clean. Nice ocean view, but will want to be above floor six or view will be blocked. Food very good and reasonably priced. Need to get down to beach by 6 am if you want to have a beach chair with cabana(which is necessary). Hotel says guests are not allowed to reserve chairs with towels, etc., but they don’t enforce that. Beach is a bit rocky so bring beach shoes or walk down beach a bit where there are minimal rocks. Some staff members are super friendly (mostly restaurant staff), but other staff can appear to be uninterested. Not unpleasant, but just uninterested.

Timeshare people are territorial and are unfriendly-ungrateful and run this hotel If you feel like getting up at 5am daily on your vacation to get a palapa then this is the place.moldy and very dirty rooms, felt like work to stay here,not relaxing at all-Ramon and evette did not accommodate us at all ..stayed at Hyatt,Stellaris and holiday inn previously and what a difference honestly.people here are do it yourself and cook they’re own meals I don’t call that a vacation! You get what you pay for! Beach is windy and colder than other beaches nearby- no activity and no action anywhere-far away from all action! Never again, made a big mistake staying here Breakfast and food was terrible

Wonderful Resort and location”
We just spent a week at this resort and would highly recommend it. It's just far away enough from the hotel zone but not too far to miss out on the shopping/dining/water sports activities. The hotel zone has inferior water views as there are simply too many options of diving/snorkeling that in my opinion "litter" the wonderful water views many of us expect and desire. Not the case at the Divi Phoenix. Incredible sunsets, pools, landscaping and a very clean resort.

!st Time To Aruba”
Only disappointment was the location as you either need a car rental or taxi to get to most shops/restaurants (unless you like walking in the heat & humidity). We walked over to a few of the other luxury hotels nearby and none were as friendly or welcoming as the Divi staff. We really had a great time and will likely be back again.

Best on the beach”
Fantastic resort. Rooms in the beach villas are spacious and well planned. Room for everything and still plenty of space to feel like home. Property location is perfect for peace quiet and a fabulous view. Live music most nights which we could enjoy from our balcony. Beautiful beach with nice area to just float and relax in the blue water. Mice pool area. Great bar accessible from in and out of the pool. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are sparkling clean. Spa is a nice addition and having a pedicure with a glass of wine while looking out over the Caribbean is the ultimate !!! Wish we would have stayed another week.
