I made a reservation for a 7-day quarantine for them. I send them an email asking if it's possible to do the quarantine in their villa. They responded to me that yes, it is possible. After that, they notified me, that they can't find my reservation even I had the email confirmation of the reservation from Agoda. I contacted Agoda, and they contacted the hotel and the hotel verified that they had my reservation and the payment. So I traveled to the hotel. When I arrived, I was told, that they can't find my reservation and I haven't paid. They put me in a small windowless room without any amenities for 7 days! Even the internet doesn't work but occasionally very slowly. They don't answer the phone in the hotel, not for me or for Agoda. Agoda gave me full refund for the villa, but were not able to contact the hotel again to solve the issue.

The location was great off fields but very close, within walking distance. I stayed in the apts, their was a lot of space and it was reletivley clean. It was run down a bit but for the price well worth the money. It was like having your very own apt. The staff was attentive when the internet went out they came right away and fixed it. I would defffenatly stay there again!

stay was good since this is my 3rd time at the DM Villa. but i think its time for them to upgrade the villa, such as toilet equipments, doors, light, locker in the room with proper cup board and use queen/king beds instead of joining 2 single beds.

Die Bungalows im "Resort" sind absolut dunkle Wohnlöcher, kein Ort für einen netten Aufenthalt. Der Pool war in Ordnung, wenngleich dieser kaum gepflegt wurde (sehr trüb), es war ruhig in der Umgebung, jedoch das Zimmer und insbesonders das Bad unannehmbar - zumindest nicht annähernd für diesen Preis

蚊が、部屋の中に毎日います。三回も、刺されたです。日本で、ホテル代と、現場で、払った金額が、違いました‼️フロントの女が、リベ～トを取っていたんだと、思いました☺️

実際の部屋と写真はかけ離れている。（写真が違うのはagodaのせいで当ホテルは関係ないと言われた）スタッフの対応は遅く手抜き。価格と部屋サービスがかけ離れている。金輪際使わない。
