Amazing stay!”
Amazing friendly staff. Eleni was great and super helpful with getting us transportation, setting up ATVs, etc. breakfast was also amazing every morning, even though I’m sure we annoyed them with our late wake ups. Housekeeping was very responsive. Pool and views were amazing. Private hot tub was also sweet and had a great view. Had dinner there the last night which was also amazing and priced fairly. Nice location that’s pretty quiet and feels like a nice getaway from Fira/Oia crowds. Loved our stay there!

The resort exceeded my expectations with a 5 star service by all the staff, they were friendly and helpful before I even ask. The room was mesmerizing with wonderful view and spacious and clean inside. The breakfast was delicious but that's no surprise for the greek food. I would definitely recommend it if you can afford it!

We loved the location, cavoo tagoo is just opposite and santanna is next door as well, also about 8mins drive to fira which turned out to be my favorite town. Also have to say a special thanks to Georgious the amazing bar man who I believe was his first day when we arrived. You are simply exceptional and understand customer service. Regarding the hotel, itself the breakfast was ok although not a lot of options. We stayed in a room just next to the gym with a nice balcony and ended up loving it, although we had a few issues to begin with, no hot water, blocked sink and the fact that our airport transfers which was booked and confirmed never arrived, we waited an hour and eventually had to take a taxi, the hotel did throw in a bottle of Prosecco on the house to make it up to us and the issues in our room were fixed. I think the pool villas are the best room options here, although I don’t think the view is as nice as the rooms up the hill :)

its Not on the caldera side”
They gave us a very nice upgrade which was very appreciated. Unfortunately they had problem with the hot water and 2 out of 3 days we had to take showers with cold water. If it was summer it would not be a problem but my visit was in October .... and it was kinda cold 🥶 Due to covid, breakfast was served in the room and Spa was closed Staff were willing but inexperienced to provide a good and hassle free service

The location is far from restaurants and Fira. The towels are not new and fresh (very hard and coarse). The room is quite bare. However, it was a very good price for me. The staff is super friendly and helpful. If I come back to Santornini, I would stay somewhere like Tholos (the sister resort of Dome) where the view is way better and close to all the restaurants.

Pros- is you want to stay in a secluded area it’s a good property close to imerovigli, food was good with big portions Cons- the room had a damp smell, phone is very inconveniently located, the space on the dome where is bed is placed is very cramped head and we kept hitting our head, not recommended for family with small children as it’s dangerous

The location is far away from port, fila and oia. No restaurants and supermarket nearby the hotel. Staff us nice and the services is quite good. The swimming pool is nice and the breakfast delicious. Rhe room is vert gloomy and looks old.

Fantastic Resort”
Great Property, lovely staff! The property is overlooking the East so good for sunrises. But if you are after Santorini sunsets you cannot see them from the property and would have to travel to Imerovigli 1 km away from property Rooms are amazing and the outside Jacuzzi (if your room has it) overlooks the east side so perfect to start the day!

Stayed in king suite which was fab, our own mini pool tub and the main bar pool were amazing. The driver Panos is an absolute legend as is Anna who set us up with an amazing dinner at a nearby restaurant on our first night. It seems far from lots of things but the handy ness of Panos being around to take you to diff places is easy! Would 100000% come back here

We stayed here for three nights. The location of the hotel was not very ideal, things such as a supermarket are a significant distance away and the hotel restaurant is overpriced for the quality of food. I was also quite disappointed with the lack of attention payed by some hotel staff. We complained that half the lights in the apartment needed bulbs replaced (due to them not working) and nothing was done about this. We had to ask for dirty cutlery/crockery to be removed and not everything was replaced ( ie. cups returned and no teaspoons replaced), requiring us to ask on several occasions. If you need transfers to the airport, I suggest sourcing your own through a private company.
