An perfect place to stay when you're in the city”
I highly recommend this place, staff are very accommodating, place is so relaxing (kahit nasa city proper pero para kang nasa probinsya), and comfortable mga rooms nila, malakas ang aircon, malakas ang tubig, may hot and cold shower, and everyday sila naglilinis at nagpapalit ng toiletries. Plus ung pool na araw araw nililinis. When you go to Davao, i advise na you stay on this place kaysa sa mga hotel na may kamahalan. Madaling sumakay (paglabas lang ng gate may trike and taxi), malapit sa mga kainan (they can also assist you if gusto niyo padeliver) and may free snacks every morning kahit walang breakfast na kasama sa package pero para ka na ding naka free breakfast. Sana mag offer na sila ng breakfast and other meal or even a small store para no need ng lumabas lalo pag medyo gabi na. Then ung shower sa bathroom need lang irepair kasi natatanggal plus change the pillows, luma na and nalubog pag hinihigaan. Pero other than that, wala na kaming nakitang concern. ☺️

Feels like home”
If you want to have staycation, this the place to be in Davao. The staff is accomodating. The apartelle has its own pool wherein you can relax with a view of trees. The garden is also well maintained. They also serve complimentary breakfast (coffee/hot choco, toast/suman & fruits) which is good. They also have shared kitchen where you can cook your own meals. Though it is a little bit far from the airport but it was near the Matina Town Square (MTS) and some PUVs that will get you to places in Davao. How I wish I stayed longer.

Pros-cleanliness, staff very cordial, facility great, very nice pool, location great. Lots of amenities in area. Cons-no restaurant on site, no refrigerator in room, need bug zappers (lots of flies, makes being outside uncomfortable, especially around pool).

We had an overnight stay prior to my flight and we were welcomed by a very big room ,clean toilet and bath . Me and my kids enjoyed the pool which was clean and kid friendly. it is like a renovated mansion with a touch of spanish and indonesian culture in its decors. The staff was very accommodating in our requests .

Very nice room and clean. Swimming pool is very tempting to swim everyday. My family loves the place. Only one thing. They charge us the soiled Towel which should be natural to get soiled. A towel with all its 0 depreciation. My sister💁🏽♀️They just pay it without complain.

After 2 years I return to Davao City”
Well, This is my 1st Choice of stay while visiting Davao City. My last stay there was great. It was nice seeing some of the old staff still remaining since the pandimic. This place is all I can ask for. I always feel I"m at home. The staff is the Greatest. Clean, nice setting and great location. I plan to return to Davao City in July, Guess where I'm going to stay??

The place makes you feel you’re not in the city. Staff are very nice and accommodating. The place looks well maintained and clean. The rooms were clean. I loved our family room with a nice veranda. The location was great as it’s near to restaurants. The only thing that needs improvement would be the breakfast. Other than that, I would still come back here for my next vacation.

I normally stand here when I’m in town. I like being south of the river. Location is perfect. A wide variety of restaurants and 24 hour convenience stores that you can go to. The staff is great. They keep the clean pool. If they keep doing things the way they’re doing them I’ll keep coming back.
