Great, convenient hotel near Mishima station and to visit the Gotenba Outlets. ”
We had a great stay at the hotel. It was super close from the Mishima train station when we arrived with the Shinkansen. Plus, when we wanted to go to the Gotenba Outlet, there was an easy direct bus from the station, a 5 minutes walk away. The return bus was free by the way. That day, it was pouring rain. When we got out of the hotel, we were stuck, the rain was unbelievable! Suddenly the hotel receptionist showed up by our side, carrying 3 free umbrellas for us to keep the whole day. We will never forget so much kindness. We loved the authentic Japanese hot spring baths on the last floor of the hotel, it was wonderful. Tiny but great. We never had b'fast on site so could not comment on it. We will be back at the hotel one day, we are sure of it.

Amazing Hotel”
Convenient location near Mishima station, excellent staff, very spacious and clean rooms, fantastic natural hot spring baths and sauna, complimentary ramen at night, and the best breakfast buffet I've had for a hotel of this class. Other perks are ample and convenient (paid) parking, free coffee machine in the lobby, and inexpensive laundry machines. The most comfortable stay I've had in Japan. I've stayed here for two trips and will definitely choose this hotel when I visit the area again.

Great location, clean, helpful staff”
The hotel is right by the sights of Mishima and a lot of restaurants are nearby. The onsen is nice but the outdoor one a bit too small (ideally for one person) and hot (43 degrees). the staff was friendly and helped us. The outdoor bike parking needs to be improved. Great touch with free ice cream and yakult by the onsen!

location is good, station nearby cleaning condition is excellent Onsen is good (far better then the Onsen hotel at Fuji) all day free coffee free noddle at time from 9:30 to 11pm... so business man can have a warm noddle when they after work, and traveling like us can have a warm hot noddle after Onsen.

Basic but well maintained and fully functional”
Basic hotel about 5 minutes walk from the Mishima train station. Rooms are considered a good size for a Jap hotel and although a bit dated, very well maintained. Some may have a Mt Fuji view out the corner over the railyard. Highlights are the free sex-segregated onsen on the 12th floor with both indoor and outdoor pools, and a relaxation room with massage chairs, again with a Mt Fuji view on a clear day, and a collection of vending machines. microwave and ice are on this floor too. There is also a nice quirky perk of a free bowl of ramen every night at 9.30 - 11pm.

Great for a stop, great location and the rooftop bath with a view is epic!”
Great location, The rooms are fairly small but thats normal for Japan. The rooftop bath with a sauna is very relaxing and perfect as first thing in the morning with a view of Mt Fuji! Quiet, clean, would recommend as a great base for mishima Skywalk and even Hakone.

Lovely onsen. Clean rooms and wonderful staff. Lots of facilities for hotel guests. Yummy ramen at night at the restaurant and ice candy near the onsen. Didn't have breakfast as the restaurant is very small and there were too many people.
