This was a huge step up after staying in a no frills budget hotel. Felt totally pampered and fully able to relax and enjoy our stay. The only minor negative was people staying in the adjacent room making lots of noise late at night, but a visit to the front desk was all that was needed. The staff were helpful and charming without being in your face. Although the extensive road works in the area were unfortunate, once we worked out the route, it was easy walking to and from the city centre. Loved the experience and would happily recommend this hotel.

Nice Hotel with Good Service”
We enjoyed our room, which was clean, large enough for our needs, quite stylish and comfy and had a good view of St Mary's from the window. The WiFi worked well in the room and breakfast was good quality, although could have had more variety. The staff were very professional, friendly and efficient and the meal we had in the restaurant was tasty and reasonably-priced. Overall, a good stay in Bristol.

Despite regularly using the Hilton double trees across the globe, Bristol Centre failed with tired and dirty rooms, appalling customer service and staff who’s get up and go had got up and gone!

We had a lovely 3 day stay here. Great location, great room with yummy food. Hotel staff really make this place as they are so friendly and nothing is to much trouble. Such a chilled relaxed hotel with a nice atmosphere. Will be returning.

Horrible internet speed”
The internet speed in my room was absolutely terrible. It would have been unacceptable in the cheapest hostel, let alone a Hilton Hotel at the price I paid for the room. When I complained the guy said that that's as good as it gets, although he did give me a code for a different network to try, but because of the way the system is setup, I was unable to get my computer to "forget" the network it had already joined. I wasted a good hour of my stay trying to resolve this issue. Will not be going back in a hurry.

Good hotel, but got no sleep.”
Is a good hotel in a good location. It has good rooms, good staff and a good breakfast Unfortunately, our stay was ruined by a big group of lads on our corridor coming in drunk at about 2am and making a racket until about 6am. Wouldn't normally have been too much of an issue but we'd been up for over 24 hours having travelled from Asia the day before, so needed to sleep.

Very thin wallls”
The room was small and the walls very thin, we could hear the rooms next door very easily. At one point our wall that the bed was on moved as someone got into bed in the room on the other side. Parking was available within the hotel grounds but we had to pay 7.50 pounds per day. There was no fridge in the room and the bathroom was also small. Overall, we thought this hotel was average for the money.

Great find! 5 mins walk from the station. Small but very clean and modern room. The views of the beautiful cathedral from the window was just perfect. The gym is very big and opens 24 hours, but the best no doubt was the amazing breakfast at the brick building, one of the best buffets I've had in England, totally recommend!

Location great, breakfast first class, staff very responsive and friendly. Only downside is the quality of the beds. We could hear and feel the springs which didn’t make for a great sleep.

Great hotel, thin walls”
It was a pleasant stay, in every concept, except the thin walls, if you have the bad luck to have a noisy neighbors in the closest room, you'll be listening everything they say, and that's very uncomfortable. We ask to change our room the second day and the staff was very pleasant, the change was fast.
