Good location near the monorail station and naha bus terminal”
The location is just a min walk from the monorail station and the bus terminal is just across the road. As we are not driving, the day tour pick up point is just outside the hotel. The room size is good for Japan but the breakfast is a disappointment. We stayed for 5 nights and the menu is the same throughout.

staff”
I am welcome by your great staff, especially 1) Akinobu Yogi San who has explained all my queries when I check in 2) sorry forgot his name, the one who serve inside the restaurant during breakfast time I am sure will take Hilton when I am in Okinawa next time.

Very nice hotel, comfortable beds and basic amenities provided”
This hotel's lobby is beautiful. The room is standard however they seem to not provide any mineral water (do not know whether it is because of eco-friendly or not). We have survived by boiling the water. Hilton provides free hot Hilton only cookies if you would like some, at the conceirge. The cookie is yummy! Location of this hotel is 5 mins to nearest train station. Very close to the airport by the YUI Rail. A walk to the famous Kokusai Street would take around 10-15 mins.

Great front desk staff”
Swift check in with warm welcome cookies! A front desk staff allowed us to check in 5 hours earlier! A big thank you!

Excellent location”
Friendly hotel staff and location is very convenient.

Facilities not inside hotel property, need to go else where. No amenities nearby..”
Good is next to monorail. Check-in the staff warned me the room too small for 2 pax, recommended me to upgrade to bigger room. This is no good, if the room not suitable for 2 pax, why advertise as a double room.

Not value for money”
The location was amazing, being near the Naha bus terminal and metro station. It was very convenient for us to get around. However, for the price paid (~SGD$250/night), I felt it was not worth the money - the amenities were average and it seemed like an old building. The price also did not include the hotel buffet breakfast. However, as we traveled during the CNY period, I am aware that prices tend to be higher then. As for cleanliness, we expected the room/toilets to be thoroughly cleaned everyday during our 4-nights stay, however, the toilet was not swept (there was hair everywhere) and cups were not washed. Perhaps the disappointment came from the high expectations we had for Hilton hotels. Hopefully better luck next time!

Worth the money and exceed our expectations”
We traveled as a group of 3 and we liked the Doubletree by Hilton Naha a lot. The hotel is centrally located as it is merely a 3-minute walk from the monorail station to the hotel lobby. To go to the airport, it only takes you about 15 mins by monorail. For going to Kokusai Street, you can either walk for about 10 mins or just travel to the next monorail station. There is a Family mart convenience store located about 3-minute-walk away and many Japanese style pubs nearby. The hotel only charges you JPY500 for parking per night, which is much cheaper than we thought! Nice breakfast, standard (i.e. VERY CLEARN) room and bathroom. We stayed in a 3-bed bedroom and the single beds are actually quite large and very comfy. Very quick check-in and check-out service as well. There are also ice dispensers, vending machines, and an laundry room located in different floors of the hotel and they only charge you very reasonable place. I totally recommend the Doubletree by Hilton Naha to anyone who wants to stay in the city.

Best pastry chef in Okinawa”
Everything was as it was promised at Doubletree Naha. Our stay was very comfortable and we were located right near the a monorail station which was only 260 yen fare to the airport. We walked down to Kokusai street from the hotel and it took only 5 minutes. Great location, great hotel. Breakfast was also quite good (not as extensive as other Hilton hotels may provide, but enough to satisfy). We've been in Okinawa for a year and had a lot of bad attempts at crossiant but the pastries at the breakfast here were perfect. Very rare find in Okinawa!! Just dont expect to get a beer or wine at the restaurant in the evening. They want 1100 Yen for a heineken...

Good hotel”
This is my 2nd trip to Naha. It was excellent, thank you very much for the early check in and room upgrade. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and speaks English very well, which is uncommon in okinawa. Unlike Hotel Y*equesta 2 blocks down the street, the room was very clean and spacious by Naha standards. Hotel is 12 storeys high and right beside the subway. Our room 1226 had Simmons beauty rest mattress and regular sized bath tub. Bathrobe provided. Safe is also provided but small, it'll be difficult to place anything larger than an iPad air. Unsheltered Carpark is behind the hotel. Free welcome cookies upon check in. About 10 mins walk to kokusai street. It'll be difficult to find a better deal in Naha at this price range. I highly recommend this hotel.

Traveler Choice”
This is my second time lived in Doubletree when I am travel to Okinawa Naha city. The location of the hotel is best of the best, next to monorail and closed to Naha bus station. Room is tidy and comfortable, doubletree also provide washing machine and drying machine two sets on 3/F but is seem is not enough especially for night time, if they consider to provide two more sets on other floor that will be better. Breakfast choice seem not very good this time, as a asian I would love more hot food to eat, please concern about this.

Great Location Great Amenities ”
King size bed is a bit cramped for our family of three (with a 2 year old) otherwise location is superb (just opposite the monorail station) and room is comfy and clean. Soundproof of the room is good so you won't be disturbed by unnecessary noises. A docker/radio for iPhone is provided. A nice warm welcome cookie is included. Definitely value for money for a Doubletree Hilton if you are planning to visit Naha.

Clean and very close to monorail station”
I stayed in Doubletree by Hilton in Manchester before and was quite satisfied with their room size and quality. And since my girlfriend misses their welcoming cookies, I have no other option but to choose Doubletree again when we were planning a short trip in Naha, Okinawa. Again, it did not disappoint us, the welcoming cookies were still warm when we checked in and they were delicious. Despite it's just next to monorail station, it's of no use to us since we drive during our trip. And it takes about 15-20 min walk from hotel to get to the one and only tourist shopping street in Naha. Room quality wise is still up to standard and good value for money. Parking is 500 yen per day.

Great location and excellent service”
It was the perfect choice to stay at Doubletree Naha. The hotel is located just beside the monorail station which makes it easy to get to. From the airport, it is only about 4 or 5 stops by monorail to the hotel. There are a few restaurants in the street behind the hotel, and the Naha Bus Terminal is just about 5 minutes away on the other side of the monorail station. It takes about 10 mins+ to walk to International Street. The staff are friendly and able to speak English. Perfect choice.

very convenient to go everywhere ”
It is very conventient because the hotel is just nearby the main transportation spot at Okinawa Naha city. Just 2mins to monorail station and 3 mins to bus terminal. For we travelers with a old lady and a toddler without rental car, it is very important. There is no available rooms while last year summer trip and we booked only one night for this trip because hotel is always full. Hope we can stay more nights. Planning to visit Okinawa again in coming summer, so plan to book now to avoid no rooms available.

Centrally located”
We stayed for 4 nights in Doubletree by Hilton Naha. It locates in the centre and near to the monorail. Rooms are quite new and big enough for 2 people. Clean, tidy and staffs are nice. Speedy free wifi is provided, good for tourist and business purpose. Breakfast is also great!

Nice Hotel - Great Location”
Nice Hotel - I'd stay here again. The staff spoke multiple languages, English, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, so checking in was very easy. The breakfast was a great deal. And the hotel is right next to the monorail station in downtown Naha, so it was very easy to get around. I was expecting the rooms to be American-sized Hilton Double Tree, but it was a little compact. Other than that my stay was great!
