We had an overnight layover here. The staff members here are so friendly and pleasant. We got warm cookies upon arrival. The room was big enough for our family of three, and was very clean. The restaurant downstairs had delicious food. We took the Hotel Hoppa to and from the hotel and airport for a reasonable fee. We'd definitely stay here again.

A nice one-night stay”
The hotel was very accommodating and worked well for a pre-flight stay. Because of COVID, the Hotel Hoppa bus ran only once every hour, which was quite inconvenient, but in no way the fault of the hotel

Okay for one night”
Chose this hotel as it was fairly close to Heathrow. Rooms were adequate but a bit tired looking. Breakfast was very poor, probably the worst I’ve experienced and not what I’d expect from a Doubletree hotel. Many of the selections were empty and not replenished, particularly the continental items. Even the bread was not replenished. Only one coffee machine which seemed to need constant attention from the staff…location of the coffee machine and juice machine meant that this area was very congested. Many of the tables in the restaurant during breakfast were also left uncleared, I assume due to a lack of staff. Overall it was okay for one night but I wouldn’t use again if I had a choice elsewhere.

Feels more like a 3 star hotel”
It’s an ok hotel. One of the cheapest I could find but still expensive… room is kind of smaller Than I was expected for 4 stars hotel. Check in so weird, I didn’t think those bar tables were for check in. Again it felt more like a 3 stars hotel. I would expect a 4 star hotel to be more professional, clean cut check in counter than this very casual style. Otherwise it’s a hotel like you expect it to be.

Pre departute convenience”
I stayed here for a change from my usual location in Hounslow central. This hotel is on Bath Road, some 3 bus stops away from Hounslow West, the nearest tube station. Gentring into central London is bothersome as the nearest tube is not a walkable distance. But the advantage is for pre departure as this hotel is served by the Hotel Hoppa that takes guests to Heathrow for a minimal £5.50. Hotel has own restaurant and room service. Its a Double Tree so the standard is assured. It has parking for £15 a night (for hotel guests). Across the road are a few eateries and convenience stores. In all, its a good pre-departure or post-arrival transit hotel.

Okay but not a great experience ”
The really messy car park with it’s over-flowing bins gave a poor first impression. Nothing major but a few niggles that wouldn’t encourage me to book again sadly. For the price paid we will stick to our usual budget hotel next time, at least we know they are consistent! We had booked a King size room plus 2 twin rooms. Only one of these rooms had spare pillows, there was a power cut in the king room and there weren’t any instructions on how to operate the shower in either of the twin (accessible) rooms. The power cut and shower problem was dealt with swiftly by reception however we would suggest leaving some instructions for the showers ( the controls aren’t obvious at all!!). We checked in around 3 p.m. and sadly were given only 3 of your lovely cookies to share between the 5 members of our group! Upon being cheeky enough to ask, we were told to ask for them in the morning ( they still weren’t available in the morning!). Small matters but these touches should ( and have done in the past) give you an edge over your competitors.

Good for Heathrow stopovers”
I had an enjoyable stay at DoubleTree Heathrow for one night on my transit. The room was spacious and clean and the staff members were most eager and helpful in their service. My booking did not come with breakfast, but I paid £17 for the breakfast anyway because it looked too delicious to pass. Traveling to Central London takes an hour (bus followed by tube), but I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who just needs a great place to stay on Heathrow transit and not planning to base their activities in downtown London. Free WIFI in the lobby.

Quiet and convenient to Heathrow Terminals”
The quiet, soundproof rooms at the Doubletree Hilton were a welcome chance to get a good night’s sleep before a long 23-hr trip to Hawaii via Chicago and Los Angeles. Temperature control was digital and provided comfortable sleep environment. The hotel does not have a workout facility or store but local Tesco Express and ethnic restaurants are across street. Hoppa Bus or van/limousine service to Heathrow Terminals at a cost. I thought the 24 pound van shuttle cost for three adults was a bit pricey. Hoppa Bus Shuttle is less than 5 pounds per passenger.

Very clean and modern hotel with spacious rooms”
We flew into Hearthrow Airport to spend 2 days in London before leaving for Iceland. The hotel was better than what we expected for the price we paid. Staying in Double Tree by Hilton fits our schedule nicely and we had a very enjoyable 2 day stay without having to rush and yet enjoyed the city of London.

Nice Comfortable Room and Good Staff Service”
I stay at this hotel for one night as I am preparing to leave London via Heathrow the next day. So, I was not looking for extensive full facilities or things like that. So, was not expecting much, but I am very satisfied and happy about the stay. The first impression of the hotel is excellent as the front desk staff, whom handle my check-in was professional, polite, prompt and helpful. The Welcome Biscuit was really a delighted surprise and thumbs up for making the customer feel good. Of course, the biscuit tasted delicious too. The next big thing which I am immensely happy about is the room. I booked the room on Agoda for 3 guests. When I entered the room, the bed for the third person is already set up ready to use. I am impressed. Next the room is clean and tidy. The complimentary tea and coffee section was well equipped and I found hot chocolate which is real good. There is even a pack of walker cookie, which is cool. Also there were two complimentary water - one still and one sparking. Next the bath rooms are clean and the toiletries were really very good quality. The showers hot and cold water mix works perfectly without much adjustment or waiting time. The beds, pillows and blankets were soft and comfortable. Overall, the stay were excellent with nice comfortable room and good staff service. The probably minor negatives were the room windows are just next to the car park lot. We can see the cars clearly just in front of the windows. So, if you like bright sun light to come in but are concern about the possibility of being seen from the outside, then it is still wise to close the curtain. I did not really check but I believed the windows are tinted and cannot be viewed from outside.

Friendly staff, ideal for an airport stay”
We only stayed at the DoubleTree Hilton at Heathrow Airport for one night but the stay was comfortable, the staff were very friendly and accommodating and it was the ideal place to stay for a layover at Heathrow. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy access to heathrow airport and great pricing”
We had booked 2-3 nights in London at this hotel at very good rate via agoda, partly becos we booked it 3 months in advance and the price was still very cheap. The airport bus at 4.50pounds bring us directly from heathrow airport to the door step of the hotel. The rooms are big and clean and wifi free . The restaurant and bar serve a variety of food. Overall, I would stay in this hotel again if i go back to London.

Well organised and friendly Hotel”
The location is good although a little further from the airport than we expected but a good bus service both local and airport buses, service the hotel. Their are several convienience stores and eateries close by which is fine if you dont like to eat in the hotel restuarant. The staff are remarkably friendly and helpful. Although very close to the flight path into Heathrow the noise from aircraft is almost unnoticeable once inside the hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and have good amienities.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. We received a great deal & found the hotel to be very easy to get to on the airport shuttle. The staff were extremely friendly & met us with freshly baked cookies. Overall, I really enjoyed our 1 night there & would recommend this hotel for those needing a stay by Heathrow Airport.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, easy access to Heathrow via bus good with service.Our reception was wonderful we were greeted by great, friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant had a great selection of meals and it was good value for money, there were also pizza and pub food across the road. This is a great airport hotel I would definitely stay here again.
