The darkwood caught me”
The darkwood is really what made me stop and say "wow I booked a good looking one" and this was actually last minute which is crazy. You always look at hotel pictures and say hmm is it going to look like this in person? Funny thing is, I seen a different picture than the room I am in now and I must say I am in love with the deception lol this room I booked is better than the picture, maybe a remodeling happened and they didn't update the pictures? I do not know but I feel a hawaii type vibe inside of this room in the 9 building. The receptionist was nice and calm, very informing, and if she didn't know something she didn't fake it. The pool was empty since it's covid19 aftershock of everything reopening but it was okay, very clean, they give you pool towels through a digital towel dispenser after you tap your card, the pool bar wasn't open but that's fine......I am lying haha, I wanted a pina colada BAD, but safety is safety I guess right? Overall my first night was good.

I was a little nervous coming to this place but it was really nice, the staff we awesome, the free breakfast is not so good but we paid for the buffet option and that was much much better, We had to pay for parking as well but everything else is super nice, the pools were nice and clean, they have towels for you to use if you need them, they also have a really nice girl taking your orders of food and drinks by the pool, we went to the one that didn’t have a bar so she took care of us, poor girl cause it was really hot and she was always smiling, I will definitely stay here again and it was also close to all the other Disney parks and Kissimme old town

This hotel is well worth the value. We found the room very clean and comfortable, the pools were great as well and the restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly and we loved the cookies we received and check in! We will definitely stay here again!!

Good Hotel to stay at for location of theme parks visted”
You had to request housekeeping 24 hrs in advance. There was not enough towels no bath foot towel. Absolutely no hand towels in the room. While there for a entire week the air conditioner went out twice. My grandaughter experienced another problem her toilet got clogged and it was not fixed until the following morning after reporting the clog the day before. She and my other granddaughter had to use my toilet because of theirs being f clogged up!!!!!

Exceptional Customer Service and Staff”
We had a nice time. Staff is really nice and I liked the overall service. Locationwise it is a mile or two away from the many restaurant options. It has couple pools and a lagoon. It also has mini golf and recreational games like ping pong and pool table. The only thing We did not like is the free breakfast. They provide free continental breakfast which does not have many options and neither you get any eggs. Except that ecerything else is really good and I would definitely recommend this property basis the great customer service they offer.

The hotel was great the staff was even better. The facility was awesome ! The cookies , Oh the cookies ! Only thing that up set me it says no resort fee, and free parking. But to my surprise, on my final bill was a fee for just that it says parking and resort 21 dollars a day . I was shocked because on the website it said no resort fee, and free parking. It was still worth it.

We had a great stay everything was awesome breakfast was great we chose the buffet and kids came free which was a nice touch. The pool was so much fun probably had more fun at the pool than the actual water park lol. Overall a great experience! Would definitely recommend and go back.
