Doorman and and staffs in registration desk are nice. Complimentary snacks on the bar in you room are good, but there is very slow room cleaning service if you stay more than 2 day. Sometimes you have wait the room cleaning service to until 4 p.m. and you cannot come back to your room. If you want to buy something at Amazon, there are a Amazon locker beside the hotel.

Nothingwas like the website portraid itvto be abdcthey have no public parking so your forced to pay $30 a night for valet parking my husband and I are both handicap due to having strokes the handicap rooms were not equipped to handlebud we’ve had to go buy a shower chair will not bring staying there again

Far from what Hilton meant some time ago.”
Stay from 9 until 23 of March 23, 2022 Arrival - Room very old looking (stained carpet; mouldy bathroom; the run-down colour on the doors; toilet handle not working until manually returned back,….) - At check in the room was under the wrong name (difficulty finding reservation because my middle initial was used as a part of the family name or similar) - Credit card reader had some problems and we needed to try a few different cards - Room did not have a phone (I had to use my mobile phone to call reception (however, no one was responding) - We were warned that room cleaning starts after the fourth day of stay???? And from that point on it will be cleaned only if we set the cleaning onr day before???? First 3 days - Any need required coming down to because we did not have the phone. I was going down for towels, for coffee, for coffee cups...... - After day 3 we got the phone. Rest of the stay - Chasing game continues - Everything required calling, requesting, replacing,…. March 15 - Room cleaned for the first time March 16 - Room entrance door not working. Wet from the beach waiting for half an hour in the freezing hallway until the person comes and repairs the door card reader. March 17 - Hotel internet not working. Apparently, the outside problem without explanation when the internet will be back. March 19 - Toilet plugged and required intervention. The service was fast but the toilet was not fixed. March 23 - Last day. The toilet plugged again and we left...never to come back! This is what US$400 per day offers you at this place.

Not worth the Double Tree Name or Price”
The hotel is old. The room we have has the glass in the shower missing so they put up an old shower rod and curtain, tacky! The carpets need to be cleaned. The view is of an old dirty tennis court and little bit of water. Very disappointing! There’s on about 20 channels on the TV. The restaurants all close at about 7:00 pm, so it’s hard to get dinner here. Very poor choice for South Florida. Go across the street to HYDE!

Definitely a really bad and expensive option if you just want to spend some days off and relax. The only good service that we got was the valet service.. Front desk was a bit of a mess, restaurant was not good -specially with specific indications and attention-, room service was pretty bad and the beach spot is a bit tiny. Won't recommend this hotel if you are travelling with family, want to relax and if you want to stay more than 2 days here.
