If youre looking around the area, this is WAY cheaper than nearby hotels, very clean, homey, accessible to the highways and nearby mall. The host is also very accomoding to our needs. We needed to check in super late but she waited for us and still let us extend our stay a bit longer.

It is located in a nice neighborhood and right beside SM baliuag which makes it convenient. It is easy to find and host is approachable. Though cleanliness of the house could be given more emphasis.

Sira ac ng mga rooms grabe nagyeyelo nalng. Yung bahay ang hirap pa hanapin. Super walk ka kapag wala kang car. At naloka kami nung nagchat na dinala daw namin laundry basket nila.

The person who made the reservation and the one who gave the review is different from the one who stayed. We apologize but We don’t want to host them again for several reasons.I personally wait for our guests outside the property so there are no reason for our guests to have a hard time finding us. We also give specific instructions before arriving at the property.We regularly and I personally checked the condition of the house and all our AC are cleaned, maintained and checked twice a year by professional technicians. We offer shuttle service to our guests who don’t have cars of course, subject to availability you just have to ask nicely and ahead of time for us to schedule and prioritize it.You can read testimonials about it in other reviews given to us. We do apologize for all the miscommunication we experienced with our dear guest and for the laundry basket as our housekeeper mistook and overlook the item.Thank you.
