Had a slight problem with the booking conformation but the staff resolved this and I ended up with an upgrade. Also there's a £100 security deposit i didnt know about upon arrival. Will definitely be looking to stay here again when i'm next in Manchester

The apartment was lovely and really good for the purpose as we used it as a place to get ready for a night out and then somewhere to stay after. Was an easy check in process however the one major issue that we had was then when we arrived back to the apartments from the night out, the fob wouldn’t let us in, there was no one on reception and the only number that we could call, no one picked up so we were left outside in the cold until someone else came and we could get in

tv remote with no batteries, No Tv cable, nobody answers the phone at reception. No clear check in time or checkout time. Booked extra day, no extra toilet roll provided.

Clean and in a good location these apartments are great for two people. We booked for three people and found that there was one double bed and that was it. Good location for AO arena.

Staff are young unprofessional people. Place didn’t smell clean and needed hoovering, mattress was spring and thin, not comfortable at all. Having said that, not much more than a hotel room but probably wouldn’t book again.

Stayed there for one night with my girlfriend and our kid At first we booked a room with a balcony and at the end they gave us a room without one,The towels was thilfy and dirty with stain marks.the cups and few plates wasnt washed properly,still had mark on them,tryed opening the roller blinds and that just snapped straight off

when booking was told it was 24 hour check in, arrived and it was check in after 4. loads of people waiting in reception (which was covered in empty cans) due to rooms not being ready and “luggage storage” which is just the area behind the desk where the door is unlocked. extra £100 security deposit taken that wasn’t mentioned prior. go up to the room and cleaner is using the toilet and room is still filthy. other guest’s cleaner was drinking fosters in their room as they went in. took another 30 mins to give us another room (no balcony as booked). not worth even looking at.

Should have read the review before booking. Didn’t tell us on the website has to be above 21 in order to check in. Asked for help and the staff was not helpful. Had to deal with the problem for an hour and the problem was still not solved. Mattress was thin and there were sharp things sticking out of the mattress. The picture are not accurate as well. NOT LUXURY AT ALL.

Disappointing - Poorly Run & Not Family Freindly”
We booked a two bedroom apartment as it was advertised as 'luxury serviced apartments'. Although we were allocated an apartment in a newly opened building, the amenities, service and general cleanliness was terrible. Construction mess was all over the carpets in the corridors and lifts. The apartment was covered in a thin layer of builders dust and the bathroom was covered in residual builders mess. Nothing had been prepared; the fridge hadn't been switched on, TV not setup, no cutlery & crockery in kitchen area, no tea / coffee making consumables, no toilet roll, hand soap, etc. You get the picture. Phone number was not answered consistently over a three day period. Reception was located in another building further down the road so had to take a 10 minute journey for emergency requests. We arrived late in the evening and the manager stated that none of the facilities / amenities could be provided as housekeeping was 'closed'. Ridiculous attitude & service throughout. Stay elsewhere!

Worst place I’ve ever been to,the lack of communication is terrible,I paid for a room with a balcony,get a 2x2 box room,kettle don’t work and then I pay parking at the desk not get told where to park,so I park under the block a in a dream apartment reserved bay and wake up to a ticket,then being told I should of parked there,but no one explained what you have to do,just give you the keys and go find your room out of 1000 rooms!!
