Excellent location & Service in Seogwipo ”
From Gimpo Airport, you can take Limo Bus 600 and alight at Jungmun station. Dream & Green Pension is just opposites the bus stop. ( Agoda used the name “ Dreaming Pension” is not right. )We stayed for 3 nights (24 -27 Mar) in 2 bedroom unit. Light cooking is permissible. Washing machine is shared. The view from Our balcony : Mt Halla and Cherry blossoms! From entrance to reception are all staircases. Mind you on your size & weight of luggage! Macdonald is within 5 min walk. Airport Limo Bus stop for your return to Gimpo is just in front of the pension ( Don’t cross the road). Further down Macdonald are all happenings places like Teddy Bear Museum, Yeomiji Botanica garden, Cheonggyecheon waterfalls. The buses at Pension are accessible to many areas and we took one ( need to change bus) to ferry terminal for Udo island. The lady owner is very friendly and helpful! This is a great place to have your vocation in Seogwipo!

Best location for newbies”
It's Dream and Green pension house. From the airport, get off the airport bus 600 at Jungmun Resort Entrance (45mins travel time). The pension house is just across the street on the left side. Yeomiji Botanical Garden, Cheonjeyeon waterfalls and different museums are within walking distance. Highly recommended for first timers in Jeju

This place is right at the bus stop (282, 202, 600...) and easier to find in real life than on maps. Basically find the Mc Donalds and Tourist Office on the corner and you are almost there. It is simple and comfortable and the room we were in had cooking facilities. Unfortunately it didn't have much in the way of table ware, not even a bowl big enough for ramen, but it it was handy for making tea. If you are hiking the Jeju Olle trail this is very convenient as the trail passes right in front of the hotel. Spacious and quite a nice view, plus there's access to a washing machine, microwave and drinking water. the woman who runs the place was very friendly and check-in and check-out were very easy.

The place is at a great location. The owner is nice and cooperative. The best part was that it had all the facilities that we were looking for most importantly a private kitchen for cooking.

Good, Clean Place in Convenient Location”
It was my first time at a pension, and the owner was really nice. She did not speak much English but we were able to communicate and she showed me the room and setting the code up to lock the door and the heater when I arrived. The room itself isn't super new but it's clean and is like a studio room with a small kitchenette. There wasn't an iron or closet, but a drawer and a coat rack to hang your clothes. Both the AC and heater were working well and I had a balcony with ocean view. The location is very convenient as it's right outside a bus stop and across from McDonald's. If you want to walk to the beach it's about 1.6km/1 mi away and there's a bunch of museums and attractions further down the street. Highly recommended if you want to explore and go out, and just need a comfortable, clean place to go back and rest to after exploring!

Close to a lot of museums!”
It’s location is very convenient. The bus stop is less than a minute away. There’s a McDonalds across from it and a convenient store (which isn’t open 24hrs). There were many museums around so you won’t get bored, as well as a waterfall and a beautiful cliff (forgot the name). The staff had a hard time conversing in English, but she’s very good in Japanese so it wasn’t a problem for us since we could speak Japanese to her.

Pleasant Location ”
Very quiet place, we think only both of us staying there, not bright enough along the corridor & balcony. Overall ok, nice & friendly host, room is clean. Location near to Jungmun Resort, Replies Believe It or not, Alive Museum & etc.

Nice place ”
It's near many museums such as Teddy Bear, Play K-pop, Alive Museum, etc. There is a bus stop just in front of the pension for those who want to go to Jeju City bus terminal (bus 781 and 782). However, if you want to take the airport limousine bus number 600, you have to walk for about 500m (it's in front of the Teddy Bear Museum). There are some stairs to the pension, so it's a little difficult for someone with big luggage. The owner is very nice and the room is big and clean.

Love the apartment so much. The place is really beautiful. Flowers in the yard are beautiful. The place is fully equipped. The owner is very nice and helpful. She always welcomed us with a beautiful smile. She introduced and helped us to reserve a good place to eat king crab. The house is close to Jungmun beach. Easy to find. A lot of restaurants and pharmacies around the house. We love the house.

Exceptional”
One of the best place I stayed in Jeju. Fully equipped and very cozy room. Walking distance to 7eleven and restaurants. Only down side is there is no elevator, so you might want to reconsider if you are travelling with elderly. Other than that, I'd fully recommend this place :)

Warm, spacious homely place”
The place is strategically located next to Jungmon Resort, easily recognisable by its building colour on a small slope. Bus station is right in front, gas station is next to it and McDonald is just opposit the road. Walking distance to convenient stores (GS25 and 7-11). We book 2 double-bedded rooms with full kitchen facilities at 2nd floor with nice sea view. Check-in is hassel free with keyless entry to the room (using password). WiFi is strong. The rooms are spacious and warm, the bathroom is big with toiletries but only provide small towel. The bed is not the soft type but not too hard (which is good for my family), and is covered with mattress protector instead of bed sheet. It is not suitable for people with mobility problems or with huge luggage as there is no lift and one has to walk up about 15 steps to reach the front door. The lady in charge is very friendly and speak little English. We hardly met as we are out most time. Overall very satisfied and value for money.

The indication to the pensions is not clear because the building has no sign (actually is not far but we walk in the wrong way and spent more time to found the way). The owners are very nice and helpful. Value for money.

The supermart is within walking distance. We could buy fresh produce from the supermart and prepare meals in the room. Host knows basic English words, but it's still better to be prepared with a few basic Korean words yourself. Rubbish segregation is a must.

Everything about this place is great. Very cheap, all essentials are available (washing machine and dryer included). Very clean and the owner/caretaker though she doesn’t speak much English is very accomodating. Much recommended! 👌👌👌👌
