Very New Hotel in Polagui”
This is a very new and I think the only decent hotel in Polangui. The location is very convenient as it is adjacent to Xentro Mall and SM Hypermarket which is just along the highway The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The only thing they miss which we usually expect in every hotel is a pesonal fridge. Not sure if it will be included on each room in the future since they are just newly open but hopefully they do. Also eventhough they dont have microwave oven, they will reheat your food for free (I just gave tip that's all) All in all, our stay is very nice especially for someone who has kid. I ever I need to stay in Polagui again, Ill definitely choose Dreamwave hotel.

Exceptional”
Dreamwave hotel have had one of the most spacious & modern rooms that I have been to so far. Big wardrobes, reasonable size couch for visitors, contactless key card and the comfy beds. I also like the rain shower in the bathroom & it is very accessible to a mall, it is literally just next door. My only concern during my stay was the very slow wifi & the lack of security in the reception area (sometimes no receptionist at the reception during late night, and nobody was guarding the door going into the hotel) during my first nights of stay.

Visiting my relatives in Polangui over the weekend from Manila and staying here was very relaxing. Love the big space, cleanliness and the soft bed. Great staffs!

We enjoyed our 3 nights-stay in this hotel! I didn't expect much because for the price versus the photos published, I thought it's too good to be true. But it is true! Spacious, very clean, loved the interiors, location is just beside the Xentro Mall, a few steps away from the bus station and the town's center. We just struggled with the water because their shower heater is not working and one time the water got cut (tho it is because of the town's main water supply). Staffs are very friendly and accommodating too! I had a fun trip as a first-timer in Bicol. Thank you! :)

The room stood out the most. Maybe possible make the mattress more firm. The water a little bit hotter. Not complaining because I was very satisfied and I will continue to stay there for future staycations in the future when I just want to get away and rest. The eatery and laundry business across the street was perfect. Also a massage place. The hotel is connected to the mall so while eating at Inasal restaurant I was still picking up my room wifi which was awesome and very rare. Staff were very nice and friendly and helpful. Room beautiful. Those couches in the hallway on the second floor should be replaced with probably a nice wood furniture. More for looks. I don't think it's used alot so i wouldn't worry about those nice soft couches. The hotel is very elegant but those couches look old and worn. I'm just nit picking here. Like I said the hotel surpassed expectations.

The hotel is relatively new. They have big rooms esp the king deluxe. Nice interior design. I like their wall paintings, design of the CR etc. Very convenient location. The mall w/ hypermart grocery is just right beside the hotel. Grocery, drugstore, restos etc. I strongly recommend this hotel. no Frills. Even the frontdesk people are so helpful and accommodating. I hope they will maintain their good services and room cleanliness.

The hotel can provide at least a small refrigerator to store medicines and milk for seniors who are diabetic and for small children. I did not see any ice machine or vending machine. The front desk has a display of some items to purchase though. Staff are accommodating however some amenities could be discuss to the customers at check in so the customers are aware of what they can avail that is not included in the advertisement of the hotel. Security of the entrances needs improvement especially after office hours for the safety of the customers. There is no door lock that anybody can walk in using the stairs or elevator without question. Did not see any security guard on premises. There should also be detailed instructions on the tv and air conditioner operations. Customers can also use face towels daily. None provided during our stay.

Worth the price ”
Location is SUPER.. STAFF are very polite and friendly although I was surprised that on check in the desk staff wanted to take a photo copy of my credit card. Glad he didn't on my decline.

Clean and comfortable ”
The hotel is new and clean. Very comfortable bed and clean linens. Bottled water is provided and also a kettle! Very convenient; next to a Mall and near Jollibee. Only downside is the power cut off every night for a few minutes during our 3 nights stay.

This hotel is offering an additional bed but when requested they don’t have it, instead they are offering a couch with the same price as the additional bed. The couch is not even comfy why charging the same rate! I’ve been this hotel twice now. On my first stay I already complained about it, after several months I came backed thinking they will deal about but I was wrong... still the same. By the way internet was down when we arrived it was resolved on the next day after we insisted and the drain in the bathroom was clogged and the towel shelf is broken....

There is no refrigerator in the room ( even a small one) or ice machine or even a vending machine. Security at night needs improvement. No security guard, main doors are accessible to anyone, especially at nigh. The room is clean but require some instructions how. to turn on the tv. Only one towel provided. Could use a face towel too. Staff are accommodating but privacy issues must be observed.

Inexperienced ”
Staff were young and inexperienced....but were friendly.....hotel offers no service of any kind, no bar fridge no safe or safety deposit,,,,staff didn’t deliver a msg that had been left for us.. Crazy no alcohol rule...the best thing is the bastian restaurant across the road where we had breakfast and dinner ...also good laundry next to it...
