We have stayed here a few times, it's a great location for when we visit friends there. It's connected to a small mall that has McDonalds and a supermarket. And is near to some other places to eat. The aircon was broken in the main lobby, which left it a little messy at times. But the staff were great! The rooms were great!

Front line Staff (Ms. Hazel) and her counterpart (male, sorry I was not able to get his name) were very accommodating. Thank you for the support. The shower needs to be fixed/re-installed to the wall though, as its "tox" was removed.

redone it as it was really nice the first time we stayed there and then it went downhill a bitgood to see it back up to a high standard again and a good price,the lift is also helpful as no climbing stairs

You need to inspect first if the room was really clean. The room was a bit dusty and a few strands of hair was visible on linens. Despite the issues, the staff and management was helpful assist us to a different room.

Had misunderstanding with the front desk clerk”
We decided to stay for another night; hence, this booking for the same room option. However, despite our request to retain the same room, they insisted we change rooms instead. Oh well, the new room is not as nice but the beds are still comfy.

Very clear that this hotel is old already. Broken air conditioning in the lobby. Bery slow to none access to wifi. And there are many insects in the bathroom. Air conditioning in the bedroom took too long to get cool. Definitely not worth the price anymore.

This is set up only to make money by not allowing anything other than hotel guests and services For example I was not allowed to use my iron and was informed it would be confiscated as I could only use the hotel ironing facilities at 50 peso per item No food no drink nothing can be bought unless it’s hotel bought Lastly no transport can be booked only thing to do is drag suitcases to main road and try for bus to airport Avoid at all costs

Did not allow early check-in despite early request check-out the following day; intermittent wifi signal; weak water pressure/supply; no one explained the situation and staff were not attentive for request to check status of wifi and water.

Food is a no no, no decent parking, bed is comfortable ”
Food outsorced is very expencience,blunt and so not worth the price.. no decent parking. reception will force you to pay for food even if you ask them to wait until morning because you are busy or tired. the only pro is that bed is comfortable and room space is quite ok

The location of the hotel for solo travelers will be the best asset of this hotel. It is near a supermarket, fast-food chains, bus terminals and also along the main highway. The staff and the facilities are great as well. Considering the cost per night, I might say it is way above par average to its competitor.

安くて設備も大変良いホテルです。隣にはスーパーがあります。ところでSanTiagoから座ってマニラまでVictoryLinerバスに乗ろうとしたので5時間順番を待たされました。あとで分かったのですが立ちんぼならほとんど乗れて途中で降りる客も多少あるのでそこから座れます。マニラ行きバスの本数は1時間に1~2便で少ないです。Froridaバスも同じです。

値段の割に清潔なホテル”
以前にも泊まった事がありましたが、値段の割に清潔なホテルだったので今回も泊まりました。 前回同様綺麗に清掃されていて、快適なホテルでした。宿泊階のロビーも広く来客時にも困りませんでした。これといって欠点らしい欠点はなかったのですが、勘違いしてはいけないのは料金の割に... という事です。一泊１万円以上するホテルと比べたら可哀想でしょう。
