First of all, I always travel bec of my work. And i stayed here few times i guess. Here are the ff why i always come back here: 1. Cleanliness - Top Notch! Sparkling clean! 2. Amenities are incredible - super huge TV, great interior, AC, bed & linens, kitchen wares, etc 3. Great Location - very near to Pacific Mall, restaurants and City Proper 4. Superb hospitality from Mam Cora and Mam Chenny!! They are very helpful and accommodating.

Very clean modern and new, excellent accomodation 5 star guest service. Ample safe parking. Cute stray dog outside adopted the property and barks a lot. Street proximity is not too bad on the noise. Close walking distance to the city.

Spacious Room with good internet access”

I was happy with my experience in this place. I was on a quick business trip and this was good for the budget. I was delighted to have been allowed to check-in earlier because I arrived earlier than expected. The room was very clean and neat. Amenities like a proper shower, table, and even extras like a kitchen sink, microwave and water heater were all in good condition. In terms of location, I am not familiar with Lucena, but it seemed close to the main business district. I only had one criticism which is the mattress that was still wrapped with the hard plastic. The plastic defeated the purpose of any well cushioned bed. The sheets are clean, the pillows are clean. Happy with this place

I would highly recommend this hotel, very clean and accomodating staff..It was also accessible to pacific mall and near the city. Condo style hotel because you can cook inside the room..We will be back next year.
