New hotel, but still needing some polishing”
The hotel is in the tallest building in Pleiku and has recently been opened. However only about 4 floors are open and then some features are missing. I had 3 rooms in my first day. Arriving on the 7th floor it was obvious the painting had not be finished in the foyer. There is an air of unfinished decor on the upper floors. Perhaps the hotel has opened too soon as much of the upper storeys 9-20 were unlit and unoccupied In the room there was a large space in the bench which I assumed was for a 3 or 4 burner gas benchtop. The lounge furniture was basic wooden outdoor furniture. The second room, on the 6th floor, was better having been finished, but they decided to shaift me back to the 7th floor as the wifi wasn't set up on the 6th. The third room was a family suite I think as there were 3 locked doors within the apartment. The main bedroom was fine with an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom had the only air con in the unit. There was no heating/cooling in the main lounge room which may be an issue in the hot season in coming months. Furnishings were new and adequate. As stated by an other reviewer there is no breakfast included, but local eateries are plentiful. There is a coffee shop on the ground floor. Reception staff were very helpful with one lady speaking very good English. For the Agoda special rate, the accommodation was inexpensive and appropriate. I would check the rooms and rack rate before booking in ad there are several other hotels in town if you are looking for more than a basic hotel (I paid about $20/n)

we got a great deal at 50% discount for the new opening. the apartment was spacious with 2 bedrooms and a big living room. everything is new and clean. the hotel location is very central, near the big market and some restaurants.

Good stay”
still under the construction. but quite in the suite room(17th) with great view. you can see all of the Pleiku! Location is good near the market, coffeeshop...etc. Room is really huge to be scared;; bit humid. but the price is cheap, over all, so I would go back!!! Really lovely town!!!

Great location and helpful staff”
Great location! The hotel is new, panoramic view. The room is huge, not luxury but very clean? Do not ask for breakfast, pamper yourself by enjoying the fantastic weather in the early morning with local food in plenty there. It is very convenient to walk around. The staffs are very friendly and speak English quite well. And .. Free wifi. Iif you have a gap in the schedule, get some informations from the staff for guided tours. It is amazing!

Cheap, clean hotel”
We traveled there for business. We took a room for 4. They gave us a condo type with bedroom, living room and dining room. No kitchen in the room but far comforatble. All for just about 25$. Will be back. Hotel facilities is little old but all functioned. You have massage, street food and nice staff

Good value but some problems”
The room was big and the bed comfortable and we had a great view west from the 17th floor. However, there were some issues. The room was a bit grubby and not really finished off and there was also some mould issues. My biggest problem was getting the attention of one particular staff member who was so focused on her phone that I would have had more success with my questions if I had texted her!I walked to another hotel and my question was answered quickly and pleasantly.

The location was good in this great little city but the hotel was really an apartment block converted to a hotel. I would look elsewhere next time.

Basic hotel Facilities”
The hotel was not what we expected. The Reception was very up market, but the "apartments" were very basic. The sink had been pulled out of the kitchen area leaving a huge hole, there were no facilities for making tea and coffee and the bedroom was old and needed upgrading, as did the bathroom. Overpriced!

Well located hotel - with only fair facitities ”
The hotel is stll being completed and the rooms are not well finished and rather bare. Some of the staff speak english by they are all helpful. The rooms are clean and most things work. There is no breakfast but lots of cafes are nearby.

Comfortable”
Hi, I just encountered some problem.. we (3 families) checked in on 20th March 2014 using the paid voucher by Agoda Booking ID #44784241 and #44784523. Apparently, my friend paid to the counter when he and his family checked out the next day. He paid in Vietman Dong for 2 rooms (1 standard room and 1 triple room) and he totally forgotten that the rooms are all paid. will agaoda be able to help me in this?

unfriendly and dirty”
Not good. Hotel is new, but dirty. Furniture was obviously used and rundown. Had two TV's but only one worked,when I complained I was told to watch the other TV.

we stay at 16 floors but still can hear noisy from outside at mid night, can here up stair pull bed and kids run and jump sound. others is ok.
