Great hotel with great service for a great price!”
This is a hotel that works hard to be good and it shows. Yes, you walk up two flights of stairs to reach the lobby but we had two staff members carry our bags so this was not an inconvenience in any way. The staff are pleasant and quick to respond. The room is large and clean. There is a desk and chairs. The bathroom is large and includes a tub. They provide a free breakfast and will accommodate your schedule. So many places will tell you their breakfast hours of operation and it's up to you to be there. We had an early morning flight and they gave us sandwiches at midnight to make sure we had food. This is outstanding service! They provide a free shuttle to the airport. Many places will arrange transportation for you but you still have to pay the cost. It is close to Mactan International Airport at about 2 kilometers (1.3 miles according to the computer). The location is also close to the Gaisano Mall Mactan Island which includes a number of restaurants.

I stayed here with my partner. We we’re a bit concerned with the place when we arrived but found the room surprisingly clean and spacious! The room came with breakfast and free shuttle to the airport. Very basic but location is great!

It's only my 2nd day in the hotel as I'm making my review. I am here for a 5 day quarantine. I am immediately impressed by the hotel staff and the hotel driver who acted like our errand boy, buying stuff for us coz we weren't allowed ourside. The check'-in process is fast and the hotel staff makes our stay comfortable. Our room was huge and had a jacuzzi , ref, heater, work desk and breakfast, so Im very impressed. I only paid over 2k per night so it's really value for money. If there was one thing to improve on, it's that I wished they had an elevator. However, the staff's excellent service is what made the hotel standout and eclipses whatever is missing.

The staff are very friendly and provided great service. We were very happy to stay there for two days. There is only thing that my husband didn't like it so much as he is a light sleeper. There is a club under the hotel and they play loud music everyday. It's really depand on how much you can handle the noisy. I was ok, but not my husband.

Property accommodated a 5am check-in for me with prior notice as was arriving on the ferry from Cagayan de Oro at Pier 1. Room was spacious and clean with good tv. Breakfast was served to me in my room. What a nice touch. Front desk is staffed with hot chicks what a welcome sight to tired traveling eyes to see beauty queens assisting you. Excellent service from them on questions regarding the surrounding area of Lapu Lapu and Cebu city. Enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel to travelers. Free airport shuttle if needed is available.

I had a very early flight the front desk informed me the breakfast was at 8 am and the shuttle to the Airport was not until 7am , I said no problem . Well at 5:15 a knock at the door and breakfast was there ! Shortly after I look out the window and the hotels shuttle van and driver were waiting for me .Very impressed

The affordable room was designed well. It has a value more than the customer can expect. However, my comment regarding their washroom, or T & B, is that it must be a closed room which is as usual a part of the suite. Designing a room with T & B adjacent to the king size bed is somewhat a question. Why must be the T&B be an open area? Toilet and Bathroom is must be an enclosed area. For if the customer has a companion like me. And if he wish to use the toilette to excrete his bowels. Lo and behold though there is an exhaust, the stench will still permeate. Hopefully they can do something about this.

I booked my grandparents here for the mandatory quarantine before their connecting flight to Manila. By the time I looked, I believe this was the most practical and decent place to stay after checking the available officially tested hotels one by one. According to the grannies, their room was spacious and clean, and the staff are professional, kind and accomodating. It's just like 8-10 minutes to the airport so they were able to rest real well after a long flight. Only thing is that they don't have elevators, so it's a bit of a hassle when your room is located on the third floor, but a friendly staff will happily help with the luggages. All in all, they are very pleased and satisfied with their stay.

I re-read my 2014 review and nothing has changed, except the restaurant has gone. Breakfast is still available however and quite good. A number of the front desk staff are still there from my 1st visit which is great. Good internet. Free shuttle to and from airport. Mall directly opposite and 2 others a short jeepney or taxi ride away. Perfect if you don't need to fight the Cebu City traffic. In fact I took the ferry the one time I had to go in. I will be back here any and everytime I come to Cebu.
