Place was Clean, Sheets and everything great 👌🏻, love it how the bathroom was separated but I do hope there was an overhead shower, water pressure is very low but heater is working. There was no Refrigerator I didn't expect that from a nice Transient. Parking was secured but the entry was so Small we broke our side mirror signal light because we could not fit without folding our side mirrors and my fiancee forgot to fold it upon checking out… The Staff upon check in didn’t mention our Free Breakfast, I had to ask my Fiancée to remind or ask it since its part of our accommodation, it was served 7am as we requested since we checked out before 9am.. The drapery of the Blackout Curtains need some adjustment since it blocks the Air conditioning. The Lamp Flickers in the middle of night without touching the dial, sends me that Ghosts Feels since it was consistent like a horror film for an hour, then it stops and shuts down. Turned it on and it stopped from flickering. Weird. I like it how it was near SM Lipa, We parked out to eat for dinner since we couldn't see any nearby restaurants from the subdivision, its like 700mtrs from the transient. Bathroom was clean and separate I like it dry so it feels like home. The built in Cabinet can fit so much for an overnight stay (not sure if the vault is working i didn’t used it. Hygiene kits were provided with two large thick towels very good although I was looking for Two extra Face towels and there was non but its ok.. and great they provided us Comfy room Slippers too. I think the subdivision is safe but nowadays businesses should still provide a shifting Security Guard, this Transient has None but i can I somehow understand how the pandemic affects every businesses Economic Approach but still the subdivision had no Guard themselves so is this Transient so i’m just glad not much of a crime rate in this City and we had no choice since i have a business meeting the next day and there was nowhere to stay nearby the

we had a short stay but allow me to give you feedback: 👍 cleanliness 👍 staff are courteous 👍 Wi-Fi 👍 parking 👍 breakfast things to improve - sink has leak - only 1 outlet; we were not able to use the ref and lamp bec no outlet and had to transfer the electric kettle to the outlet at the back of the door overall, the place is good. if given a chance, i will stay there again.
