Perfect location right on the beach. Beautiful pool! The bedroom and living room was just spacious and perfect! Very short Walking distance to a seafood restaurant. We can’t wait to stay here again!

View was incredible , the pictures they show doesnt do justice . location was awesome . Beautifully decorated and clean . Pool was massive. Bathrooms was great .Definitely will be coming back .
Kitchen was tiny and the carpet need to be replaced on the patio Had a few problems with the TV remotes

Fortunately the door was left unlocked because neither I or my husband could open the lock box. The next morning we tried again and was able to get it open while having the door open. Otherwise we really enjoyed the condo, the pool and the location was great! We rent a house for a week every year and this condo was our few days alone until the kids and grands arrive.

The colors of the unit were really relaxing and incredible. The decorations were very very nice.
The key was very hard to get out of the lock box. Also after we stripped the bed, there was a huge stain maybe a urine stain on the mattress.

The property was centrally located, it was easy to get to restaurants, the beach and shopping areas. The trolley was very convenient.
Master bathroom toilet bowl is moving when you sit in it. Please fix. Air conditioner was so loud when it comes on. I love hanging out in the balcony, I suggest putting a small table there so visitors can put their coffee mugs on the table and enjoy the awesome view. It would be nice to have beach chairs to bring to the beach. I’m sure your visitors will return it back. In the kitchen, It would be nice to provide salt, pepper and cooking oil as standard items in the kitchen.

Relaxing way to spend time in Florida.”

I liked the location of the facility since it was so close to the beach and surrounding businesses. Joe was also very nice and helpful. I liked that parking was easy and that the pool was not busy.
I didn’t like how hot the rooms felt. It was even hotter because I am pregnant. Also, the bed was uncomfortable for me and caused hip and back pain. We were also missing a broom and pan but received a broom after speaking with Joe. There was also a waterbug that appeared in the living room one night.

I loved the location. It has a view of the Santa Rosa Sound and a short walk to the beach on the Gulf.
It wasn’t clean, the dishes and silverware in the cabinets were dirty. The couch and love seat were filthy dirty, the rugs were dirty and the kitchen table looked dirty because there were so many nicks in it.

Location was nice. Unit was clean. The ladies on the customer service help line were nice.
First, I there wasn’t proper directions for the lockbox. Due to us not being able to get it open, I called the available customer service number at 8pm upon arriving. I was told my request would be turned over to maintenance. Thankfully the door was left unlocked so we could get in. We waited and waited. The next morning I called twice because we couldn’t leave without being able to lock the door and get back in. The man didn’t show up until almost 11am… stating “they must’ve not had my right number”…. That’s 14 hours of waiting. This is unacceptable for the amount of money we paid. Also, the bed was as hard as a ROCK. I couldn’t even get a full nights rest, having to move to the couch where the cushions only shifted as I sank down to the frame…. Stains on the couch and only half of the outlets worked in the condo.

Great location! Next door to a great restaurant and small grocery store. Beaches were just across the street. Plus we were on the intercoastal. The patio was also nice.

Didn't know about breakfast
Elevator was not working when first arrived to unload. Beds were uncomfortable, was hot inside, and dryer took forever to dry clothes.
