Stayed here 2 nights. Location is in a quiet place off the mainroad, but with good connection. Requested to rented the motorbike for a day but was asked to return key when i came back in the evening. Was taken aback. Paid for 8hr usage when check out by clarifying with staff. Used grab instead for remaining time in Bien Hoa. Room is basic. Bed was sunken in. Room had cracks which was "sealed" with a toilet paper roll which is hilarious. Internet speed is acceptable. No free bottled water here. Staff should make it clear.

More of a boarding house (you can rent rooms by the hour) than a hotel. The positive things: The room/s are very clean and a decent size. The bed was also very comfortable. The a/c worked well. Negatives: Unfortunately there was only a fitted sheet on the bed and a thin duvet without a cover, making the room very uninviting. After asking twice there was no hot water per se, a tad less than lukewarm is how I would describe it. Very basic budget accomodation.

Make sure there's not a family or multiple family staying on your floor they will be very noisy unless you say something I was woken up at 5:30 in the morning and had to go downstairs and complain and the fan to family staying there still weren't even really that quiet but overall the place is good everything close by is very helpful

Basic, decent accommodations. Good for a pitstop. Nothing bad to say about this place other than the location. Not much to do or eat within walking distance. A relatively short taxi ride will get you to more interesting places.

No too good. Had to request for toilet paper - they dont refil during house keeping. Room not swept and mopped clean enough. Air conditioner was hot, even with 16 degree. Staff does not speak English.

Super dirty hotel. Sheets are dirty and smelly. After traveling all I wanted was to take a shower but when I got to the hotel it was so disgusting that I couldn’t even shower. Towels smelled like Body oder. The blanket was so small that it could only cover one person. I prepaid for 3 nights. Checked out after the first night. Please save your money and go somewhere else. You will be dissapoited with this hotel.

Room still not ready for an hour (at 3.30pm) , so I had to stay somewhere else on my first night (of 2 booked), and smelt like sleeping in an ashtray even in no-smoking room (a used ashtray was in a no-smoking room despite my confirmed request for a no-smoking room). A disaster of a hotel that don't check their emails for online bookings and don't place their guests in the rooms requested/confirmed.
