This is an excellent option to stay in a clean and well-equipped hotel in Cao Bang. The price is very reasonable, the staff friendly and the hotel has a car parking. Small eateries are nearby!

Hotel is OK”
The hotel is OK: not great, not bad. OK. We had the 4 person room being 2 only (so lots of space for us). No breakfast at the hotel. Not much restaurant around. Staff does not speak English too much, but enough. Tip: to get hot water in the bathroom, you must activate a button closed to the light switch (do it as soon as you arrive). Don't forget that else you will have cold water like we had on the first morning. Don't forget also: Cao Bang is not too touristic, so hotels are aligned with that. Don't expect same quality as Hanoi or Sapa for example... So in short: hotel is OK.

Originally, I booked to pay a CREDIT CARD for this hotel , however I had paid cash instead of Credit Card because this hotel has no CARD-READER for my payment by CREDIT CARD. Therefore I had paid already all price by CASH.

Exceptional”
Stayed here over the New Years and cannot say enough good things about this place! We loved it! The family that runs the hotel is very hospitable, they went above and beyond. The location and rooms are great! We would definitly come back.

Great hotel, loads of space in the room. Not much around in terms of places to eat although very handy for the bus station. The staff were great, very helpful and informative.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location was good, close to the bus station. The TV did not work but everything else was good. Would recommend!!

Not Bad for the Money”
We needed a place to sleep after taking the sleeper bus from Hanoi. Then we headed up to the Saigon Ban Gioc Resort at the entrance to the waterfalls (about a 2 hour taxi ride - $30). The room is quite sparse, the bed is quite firm, but for the money, we grabbed our 4 hours of sleep and headed up to the wateralls. The staff was very helpful.

Toilet not clean”
we stayed at a first floor room behind the counter. there was a huge din in the morning by early check in guests. toilet had a bad smell. for the price it is acceptable for just one night, but we checked out the next day. if it was not the ground level room, i think it is okay because the location is quiet and the price is cheap.

Nhân viên làm việc thiếu chuyên nghiệp! Tới nhận phòng thì kêu hết rồi chuyển khách sang ks khác rồi lại chuyển tiếp về ks! Nhà tắm thì lộ thiên, nhìn từ ngoài xuyên qua cửa sổ thấy hết trong phòng tắm! Đặt phòng và thanh toán qua agoda rồi mà lúc về vẫn hỏi thanh toán! Chưa hết, khách đang ở phòng này rồi ra ngoài ăn tối thì về nhân viên đã dọn đồ cho khách khác thuê, đồ của mình thì vẫn còn trong phòng! Chắc chắn là không bao giờ quay lại ks này!
