The best hotel experience we had so far. Premium quality in the whole resort combined with super friendly and proffessional staff. Amazing indoor and outdoor playground for the children. The only negative thing we had was regarding the ventillation of the restaurant. You walk in and you could see the steam and smoke from the kitchen stands where they prepare the food. The smell is so bad that you can even feel it in the lobby two floors above. We had to change clothes and have a shower after every time we ate there. If this is fixed, it is truly an all 5 star hotel.

They said that they just opened for a few months and the facilities is under improving but everything is alright, the room is quite good, enough the stuff for tourism. They have fresh buffet breakfast at the morning even less guest. The pool is under-construction but it does not mind, I stay at the Sao beach whole day. I like the mood here, quite and pure, you can hear bird singing every morning when waking up, open the door with garden view everyday. The location, for me it is suitable, near Sao beach, An Thoi where you can reach to beautiful islands at the South...with the price, you can not find any hotel/resort like this here. The staff is quite friendly (honestly their English is not good, except the manager) they say hello and help me whenever I need. Just sad because I do not know this sooner, this is my last day in Phu Quoc, but next time I will stay here.
