Must improve on complimentaries”
Overall, i have a very good stay here in Dusit Thani. Few things that need to be improved on - 1. Offer a complimentary checkin and acknowledge the need of the customer. I called twice, one week and a day before my arrival and asked them if they could offer an early check in since my flight arrival in Davao is at 6 AM. I was told that they were fully booked at the moment and they cannot guarantee the early check-in option. On the day of my arrival, I was then told that they will ask a half day charge for the early checkin if I would avail it, but would waive it if I will check- in at 10 AM. But I still waited from 6 AM to 10:40 AM just to get the earliest available room. The frontdesk didnt even prioritize me despite me waiting so long, and only acted once I did the ff up. Quite disappointing on that part. Additionally, they have a very limited complimentaries inside the room, limited to 2 water bottles and will already charge if we will consume more than the 2 bottles allocation that day.

There is not much to say, book and enjoy the best hotel in davao. A lot of pros, clean, nice pool surrounding, best staff, fast checking and check out, nice suite, close to the airport but you hear no noice, what you want more? Food is pricy but very yummy. Enjoy the best hotel in Davao City.

Our room was upgraded to corner 1 bedroom which very spacious with a very good view of samal and Davao city. All staff were very hospitable. The pool is very clean. The breakfast buffet is the best!!! ✨

Very close to Samal Island Wharf.”
If a day trip to Samal is part of your itinerary then this is a perfect place to stay. The wharf is only 5 mins away by car and you could take the ‘lantsa’ to Paradise resort. The menu for the buffet includes a no pork and with pork section. Plus they have a well maintained pool right in front of the resto.
