    The rooms are very small and the management is not flexible with requests from guests. Hopefully, they will consider this feedback in the future.

    Thank you for your feed feedback. We expected this feedback from you. Of course our "SINGLE" rooms are small because it is intended for 1 person. Kaya nga Single eh. You booked 2 single rms and show-up with 3 other guests. Of course we cant accommodate unreasonable request from your end telling us to transfer to a reserved bigger room and negotiate outside Agoda. Sometimes common sense is not so common. You expect a single room to accommodate 2 person each? You have other options when booking sir, you can book our Standard Double Rooms for 2 pax, Deluxe Rooms 2 pax & Family rooms for 4 pax that's for sure large enough to accommodate the 4 of you but of-course you did not know that because you told us you did not read the details of each room before booking. You cant even read and respect the "SILENCE" sign. Next time make reading a habit. It really helps.
