...of everything! Wonderful location and beautiful historic building and rooms. You can walk on the carpet in your bare feet! Unbeatable price for my room with a marble bathroom with a huge bathtub where I soaked at least once a day because I have no bathtub at home. My room had a Nespresso machine, and refrigerator, with microwave and ice machine on the third floor. Perfect for a Solo Traveler like me who always has leftovers. With all the problems of traveling now oh, that stuff was just amazing with every problem I faced! Truly knowledgeable and caring people. My room was cleaned everyday. Half a block away from Grand Central Station and the crosstown and taxi stand which saved me so much time attending events. I could not have been more amazed by this hotel and the pricing I received through Agoda. Not for those who want glitzy modern and cold atmosphere. a classic Beauty

Great Stay”
Just got back from a 5 nights stay at the Dylan Hotel. The staff were all really friendly and welcoming. The hotel room was spacious and clean! The location was perfect for exploring round, Times Square is literally a 10 minute walk! And you’re about a minute walk away from grand central station. First Trip to New York and I would love to return and I would happily stay here again great value for money! P.s thanks to the lady at reception who gave me the brolly to use for my walk to the bus stop when heading to the air port saved me getting soaked! Sorry I didn’t take your name! Would highly recommend.

Excellent location, close to everything, great staff (had a problem on the first day, resolved by them efficiently by Jasmine), clean rooms, HD channels on cable, comfortable beds and pillows, amazing restaurant (Benjamin Steakhouse). I will book this hotel for sure in my next trip to Manhattan.

The staff were all friendly and eager to help with any issues & questions you might have. The location is a short walk to many convenient locations - Metro @ Grand Central Station / Bryant Park, 3mins to the NYC Public Library with a CVS convenience store located 1min away!

Good option and definitely worth considering ”
Warm welcome from staff on arrival and courteous at all times. Our room on the seventh floor to the front met al our expectations. Can be quite noisy with construction nearby and sounds from the street. It’s New York and we didn’t mind that . On checking in we were given the option of a room on a higher floor at back of hotel which would have been quieter. Location is good. Grand Central Terminal can be used as your hub for the subway. Plenty of delis and the like close by

it was great stay but the hotel is quite old as other hotels in NYC. The best is a spacious room. Other hotels in the city offer smaller rooms but Dylan hotel's rooms are quite big so love it so much. Also the location was good. Strongly recommend if you consider the location as the most important factor.

Friendly Reception, Historical hotel”
We stayed for 2 nights just the day after new year 2020. Reception was very friendly although we checked in earlier around 1pm. The room was particularly spacious with very generous in-room amenities like kettle, mini fridge and even nespresso machine! Point of improvement would be to the housekeeping team, usually when you hang “do not disturb” card in front of your room, housekeeping would still ask if you are keen to get your room cleaned, but during our stay there is no such initiative. But not a big problem for us since we only stayed for 2 nights (although would be glad to have the nespresso capsules refilled!)

Good location, 2 mins walk to Grand Central Terminal, walking distance to Times Square, Macy. Cons : was given a supposedly newly renovated room (without carpets) , was clean but some furniture was old. Not sound proof so you can hear guest on the same floor talking clearly or loud closure of the room door. Should do something to the mechanism of the door so it doesnt bang loudly. Other then that, it was a pleasant stay. Please note that there is a USD5+ per day for 2 bottled water per day/ coffee usage in the room.
