Good location but totally run down”

There is a lot wrong with this hotel. Unfriendly staff, broken bed that was fixed, very dangerous electrics, wobbly sink with hole and no breakfast. However we would stay again because the location was perfect, once broken bed was fixed we had two good nights sleep, it was clean and appropriately cheap.

Overcharged by 1 lari. Definitely no parking at all. The toilet seat was broken. A trick to use the shower and the drain is very slow so you have to stand in your own filth. Dogs and smoking are allowed. Better than a hostel but worse than a hotel.

The staff was super rude, aggressive and didn't give me the room that I booked”

I booked a superior double room with a discount a while ago. However, the staff didn't give me the room when I arrived even it shows that I booked in his system! He speaks very little English. At the beginning he said someone will come after half an hour and take me to another hotel which is better, I asked him to show me on Google Map and it's outside of the city. I refused then he said there was a water issue in the room so that the room is not available. Then I asked him to show me the room while he refused. Then he LIED AGAIN that the lock of the door was not working. I still requested him to show me the room. At the end he said the price that I paid is not enough! However, my booking was confirmed once I booked. So apparently HE JUST WANT TO CHARGE MORE MONEY! RIDICULOUS!

The location is good, and the service is also good,but the facility is not that convenient. the adapter and the shower are not so suitable ,no towels and slippers for shower and face. I wish the host would do better.

Good location and closed to the downtown”

There are 6 room only in a very old building, but the location is very good for travel because it is located in the new downtown Tbilisi. The breakfast is very normal and room is clean, all the staffs are very friendly and helpful even they cannot speak a little English.

なぜかVIPホテルに案内された。VIPホテルは清潔で部屋も広くて景色も良かった。旧市街の中心部にあって便利です。夜は音楽の音がうるさくて眠れなかった。朝食は大したことないです。宿泊客は欧人ばかりです。
