Great find”
If you’re aiming to slow down, this is the best place for you. The place is very relaxing and peaceful. The staff is exceptional and accomodating. My friend and I were able to unwind and work! You just have to make sure to bring your own food because they don’t have a resto and because most of the customers are campers. Also, there are two E. Moreno resort addresses showing in Google Maps but make sure to pin “Barangay, Not Applicable, Ilocos Sur”.

This hotel is directly on the beach, with several facilities (huts, limited but well-located restaurant, elevated dining area) overlooking the beach, appreciated during sunrise and sunset. Staff very polite and accommodating. Rooms clean, perhaps wifi reception needs improving.

Good value for your money. Cozy, quiet, not populated and polluted resort. Reservation and room system should be fixed, althoug tolerable for a newly established resort. Would rate it 11/10 for value.

A good surprise for the amount paid, except that we got lost. Road is not yet done. It's a good thing we brought a pick up. But we love the place since it has the view of the beach.

Not for Big Built person”
I book my parents here since the hotel they like is full. The property is clean and the staff are so nice according to them. The only issue is the room size. The toilet is too small and there are no available side table to even place their charging phone. I got a huge nagging from them. I asked them to go to the reception area and request for upgrade with fee. But the rooms available is upstairs and both of them are senior. So they both decided to just stay there and transfer the next day

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE”
We arrived at 6pm and asked the staff whats the round-the-clock time is before paying in agoda, but the staff is unknowledgeable about the round-the-clock policy and insists that if we check in at 6pm we must leave at 6am in the morning. I informed him that was unusual considering the standard check out time is 2pm. we checked in even though we were confused because were exhausted. The good for two beds is too little; there is no toothpaste, toothbrush, or water. We asked, but the staff said there were none; the remote also didn't have batteries; we asked again, but the staff said there were no more batteries; being the sole client checking in at the time, I believe he may borrow the batteries from another room. He also did not provide the key if it was not requested. The staff is not accommodating; we pay 800 discounted, but I believe it is not worth it due to a lack of toiletries.

Pleasant and Enjoyable stay”
We'll situated, very close to the beach. The room was simple but clean, with a good aircon and hot water for the shower. Very hospitable and friendly staff. Drinking water available in reception to refill your reusable bottle. Excellent data signal when sitting up on the Horizon view deck.

Has a nice view of the sea, spacious parking area, and comfortable beds. One draw back is that the internet doesn't reach the room (at least in the room where we stayed).

The room is good but the wifi in the room is very bad. No laundry service. No drinks to buy in the hotel. They have kubo's on the beach.
