The room was neat, nice interior, clean, comfortable bed (and i love the comforter) for an affordable price (availed through agoda weekendcoupon). The regular rate was quite pricey for us. I have stayed in this property for 4 nights(January 25-29). The cleanliness of the room is commendable. However, the bath towels that was replenished during our second night was not fresh as it has different smell. I love the property, its just that the location is not strategic if you will be going around the city though it is accessible. The front desk staff is helpful, but the staff in the restaurant is quite disturbing and annoying. We had all our dinner at the restaurant and I find the staff not helpful, some of them are using their mobile phones while on duty hence, they are not attentive and will really wait for the customers to get close to them for them to notice us. As well, while having our breakfast, it is a little bit disturbing to see staff going to the buffet table and getting food from their while customers are having their breakfasts (Perhaps they can do it while their is no customers so it will not be noticeable).

Staff were amazing they even give me a whole piece of cake as a complimentary for my birthday. Establishment is walking distance to night market where you can enjoy different variety of foods. complimemtarycomplimemtary bfastbfast is plated and served in bed. The only problem is amenities are too old TV is not functioning as well as the swimming pool. I hope they could improve their facilities later on but other than that all is well

Nice Christmas decorated lobby. An old hotel with cool aircon and cable LED TV. Hot and cold shower. Free Wifi. Comes with free buffet breakfast. Special mention to Edgar, the waiter, who provided excellent service during our dinner.

Convenient to various interesting places in the city like sights, malls, restaurants. Lobby is small but ok, too bad the rest of facility is showing it's old age and cleanliness is questionable, found young cockroaches, I took photos. It's quite in line with the room rate though there are much better places to stay for just a bit more price. One good thing is that staff are nice, accomodating, no bad experience, breakfast was standard. I would stay again but definitely will lower my expectations.

Many times have now been there, i can recommend it if you look for simple hotel you get what you pay for it. What I don’t like there is always one parking space blocked for the owner even he/she his not here during all my stay! Need to let the car on the side of heavy trafic road....last time we had fire alarm in the night was the only one who get out of the room....nobody to tell that it’s a false alarm, it’s scary to be without any information and apologise. About the breakfast better not to comment it...could be much better choices, but some like it some don’t like it.

Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. Room was old but functional. Except for the shower, hot water js not working. Hotel stated that rooms are equipped with wifi but never did worked during my stay. Staff are ok and will help you if needed. For the price your paying for, it’s ok.
