Amazing stay ”
The room is modern and clean. Staff speaks great English and very attentive to our needs. Breakfast spread was great. While location is slightly out of district 1, local cab fare is very affordable and booking of rides is a very safe and instant experience.

NICE & FRIENDLY”
We had a nice experience for 2 nights at Eastin Grand Hotel. The room is quiet, bed is comfy and cleaning staff is a very nice lady. We borrowed a bike and the staff at the parking lot for motorbikes are nice as well. The location is really convenient to commute cuz it’s near the intersection and just bout 5 mins to the airport. The only thing i was not really pleased is about the reception staff. On the day i checked out to the airport, I was carrying a pretty big box passing by the reception desk but nobody came to help. If this is a 4-star hotel, i could understand but if it’s 5-star one, i think the staff’s behavior should be changed, especially they are receptionists. However, there is one gentleman at the reception helped my girl friend to find her chargers and then had Grab delivery to her house. Really appreciated for that. Anyway, overall this is a nice place to stay. I’ll still choose this for the next time flying to HCMC.

We stayed here for its close proximity to airport. We found it’s worth a 5 star rating as everything was very pleasant here. Reservation manager is super responsive to all mails to liaise on our booking from Agoda. From checkin to checkout, we’ve been served by professional, friendly English speaking staff who shows genuine passion for their jobs. Door staff who walked us to the back door to show us a short cut to the restaurant we were going. The rooms are really spacious, clean, comfy, with all everything I expect from a 5 star hotel. At its price point we paid for 3 rooms on a long holiday weekend, we find it a good deal. Plenty of good restaurants, cafes and bakery within short walk. Definitely recommend to stay.

For business or fun, the hotel was great. I travel for both, this is my first stay here and I probably will use it regularly. The location is a bit far from the centre but for $5Aust by Grab, no worries.
