Our room doesn't have a Hot shower. Which is the most important thing we need when staying in a hotel. We had to request a rag. No trashcan inside the bathroom. The toilet doesn't have a bidet. Staff were very helpful

Location is good, near fastfood restaurants, drugstore, convenient store & bank. The price is expensive for the facilities & service. Booked room with double & single beds for 2 adults & yet breakfast was only good for 1 person. I agreed to pay P250 per day in addition for my co-worker but when availing it, wasn’t able to do so because breakfast is available starting at 9am. So if you have to eat early for work trip, then You can’t eat breakfast. The second day wake up late so we were able to eat breakfast only to be served with 3 pcs of 1 inch chorizo. Room is dark, exhaust in the bathroom is nit working. No aircon in the lobby.

I don't know about this place”
We travelled as a couple. The room was big and, initially, looked pretty attractive. However, we quickly realised the floor was quite dirty when we walked on it with bare feet; which means you tread the dirt into the bed of course. The WiFi didn't work for the first two days either but we had data on our phones so we didn't bother to complain. However it got worse. Although we stayed there three days, the room was never cleaned. As you can't put toilet tissue down the toilet in Bacolod, the bin was close to overflowing with dirty tissues from two people over three days. The bed wasn't made each day, you have to do it yourself. However, as live and let live people we sort of thought oh never mind. However, on the last day the front desk informed us we would have to pay a 1000 "fine" because the bed was dirty. It was a case of the last straw really. We paid but I decided I would leave this honest review. I don't think I can recommend it in the circumstances. They should definitely get rid of that "fine" policy until they provide better service.

The room we had was very spacious and clean, ideal for a small family. Transportation is convenient and there are restaurants and establishments that are a stone's throw away from it. Highly recommended!

My stay at East View Hotel in Bacolod was highly disappointing due to dirty sheets, a chaotic front desk, and an unpleasant odor. The lack of cleanliness and organization makes it hard to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very accomodating staff. Place is perfect for midnight food trips since KFC Mcdo and Jollibee is just around the corner. There's also a lot of options for the food near the premises. The hotel is just outdated but aside from that everything is great!
