Air conditioning was really good, staff were very helpful and location was great (right on the mall, very accessible by bus). Wifi not great, and room literally a "box", but still a very good stay.

Budget-friendly accommodation in the city center!”
This is probably the cheapest accommodation available around BSB. It's conveniently located across The Mall Gadong and several establishment. Beware though that the pin in Google Map is not accurate. It took me some time finding the actual property cos the pin on the map is on the other side of the road. The lady staff was very helpful.

Budget motel for short stay”
Since we only stayed for 1 night, Easybox was the choice on budget. Family room, but do not expect spacious, because it is a budget motel. The bathroom is merely a size of an airplane’s toilet, so big build person is not recommended to stay here. The place is clean. Aircond was working well. Good for 1 night stay.

Lower the expectations ”
The entrance door is locked from 8.00am to 9.00pm. The staff will open the door on request outside those hours but it is so not convenient for guest to follow the open and close business hours. It should be much more flexible or at least use key card for guess to enter or exit anytime. I was caught in a traffic jam after dinner arrived at the place around 9.00pm plus and uts already locked. In the morning I had errands to d9 at 6.30am the door isnstill locked. That isnjust something to be mindfull of. The room is acceptable for the price, the bathroom has a ventilation window which is transparent where people from opposite buildings on the higher floor can see me shower. TV doesn't work (no channels to watch). There no hot water for shower. The walls are very thin, can here people talking as far as from the receptionist counter. Would I stay here again ? Probably not. I would pay for a proper motel or Inn next time.

Cheapest and conformable. Suitable for solo travel. But the only problem is they have a curfew hours, you have to come back at the hotel before 9 PM or else the main entrance/door will be locked. I decided to stay only for 1 night.

The receptionist was helpful and friendly. The room was really clean. The location of Easybox Budget is comfortable to go to shopping and eateries in Gadong night market. But its was hidden by some apartment blocks made me difficult in finding out it.
