Ideal location ”
Location was amazing, just a few minutes walk to Victoria rail station and coach station. Room quite small, but all we needed was just a nice bed to sleep and shower. Could do with wifi being free, and the TV. Unfortunately, there’s extra fees to use certain things. Other than that happy with my stay. I’ll definitely use it again.

Perfect location! 10 minute walk to Victoria Station made it super easy to take the subway everywhere. Plenty of restaurants/pubs right in the area. Looked exactly like the advertised photos. Would definitely recommend!

The room has very little space ”
It’s only good for 1 person. The space between the room door and toilet door is not even 1 metre. No table or drawer for our bags and things. We put our bags on the bed. There is a tv but did not provide the remote control. There is an AC which is automatically turning on and off. The room gets too cold and we can not adjust it because they did not provide remote control

Everything is Small ”
The rooms are too small for the prices they are charging. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. I could barley unpack my gym bag. This is a last minute checkin place not for long term stay. Note the shower and toilet are in the space of a closet.

Small hotel rooms, no wardrobe, no drawers, shower soaks everywhere when you finally get hot water. Traffic noise outside all night as had to open window as the room is stuffy. No bag storage left as they were booked up, if it wasn’t for attending our queens funeral I would of never paid the amount we paid. Only plus was the bed was comfortable & the tv worked.

Not a great hotel. Room was on lower ground floor, no windows and felt like a jail cell. Air con was broken so it ran hot air all night and room had very poor ventilation. Hair on the bed sheets and floor was filthy. Woken up at 5am to slamming doors and loud voices. will definitely not be back.

Trying to be like Yotel, The basement room we stayed in are not designed for 2 travellers with large suite cases. Beware or the shower going extra hot when flushing the toilet.

Overall, moderately good value for money bearing in mind it's location very close to Victoria Station (for mainline & underground rail). Room was fairly small but at least it had a private bathroom (very small shower area so don't bring the cat :-)). Also, the bed didn't get made up at any time so that was a DIY job. Facilities were limited to tea & coffee from a vending machine in the reception area, but the staff were helpful if you required an early check-in (at a cost) and, with check-out at 10am, you could leave your bags for a few hours (also at a cost). Decent local pub across the road, and 24 hour provisions shop very close-by for drinks, sandwiches, etc. If you're backpacking or have a specific reason for being in the Victoria area, you could find worse.

The external and internal facade of the rooms should reflect the actual room provision. ”
Additional description of having no elevator access to upper floor rooms would be good to be included under the facilities description. Check-in timing is an hour later than most hotels (3pm instead of 2pm) and Check-out time is earlier than most hotels too (10am instead of 11am). Generally, this is a no-frills hotel. If you are a comfort creature, you may want to skip this accommodation option. Otherwise, go for it if you only needed a personal room to wash-up and rest your aching travelling bones.

Literally a room for the night, no air conditioning that was advertised, zero frills. Staff were fine, room was just too basic and tiny, squeaky floorboards, paper thin walls, outside traffic ok apart from the odd ambulance.

Place is not bad and location quite good, but it's a very basic hotel and very tight. Room nearly doesn't have space for anything, which leaves TV in very bad position, hard to watch. There is nearly no space for anything in the room or bathroom that is some sort of pod. No tea or coffee, not even bed table to place phone somewhere or bin. It is fairly new therefore not bad, but with the time and deterioration it would be filthy and disgusting.
