A cozy stay”
The room is big enough although I thought there should be a shower area - but turned out just a bathtub. Maybe it’s because I’m living there alone and not a bigger room as a consequence. However, staff are helpful and they are willing to clean the room with care though I was having my do not disturb on all the time and requested for room cleaning at evening time. The bed is good and the lobby has sitting area that I can enjoy myself too.

Ultimate location and great price for long stay”
Pleasantly surprised with the hotel, considering the price per night. Staffs are always friendly, especially the cleaner ladies. The location of the hotel is great, walking proximity to all public transport, great restaurants close by. The pool is very instagramable though the only down side is, the gym and pool don’t open until 9:30am in the morning and closes at 8pm, and my room type doesn’t have a mini bar/fridge. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun stay”
I was drawn by the decor of the Eaton room and booked the room despite it being slightly pricy. The room turned out to be as good as advertised, the desk was bigger than I imagined. There was a sealed glass bottle of water that was definitely >1L and the handsoap, shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner came in large bulk bottles, which is definitely a plus for environmental enthusiasts who want a hotel stay. Disposable items provided in the room include comfortable brown slippers and toothbrushes, and other items can be requested by a quick phone call to housekeeping. There is instant coffee and teabags in the room, and an ice bucket for refill down the hall. The TV was a smart TV (only in refurbished rooms I’ve heard). The reception staff was super polite, apologised for the 5-10 min check-in queue at Saturday 3pm, and also gave us late check-in till 2pm on request the next day. Express check-out available. We added buffet breakfast ($132pp) too, food was good for the price and the dining hall (The Astor) was not crowded at all. For facilities (during mid-OCT covid time), it is recommended to book your hour-long visit to the pool (hit photo spot) during day staffed hours since only 8 ppl are allowed in at a time. Same 8-ppl rule applies to the gym, which is pretty well stocked with dumbbells but will be cramped if more than 2 parties are there at the same time. The outdoor terrace of the Terrible Baby bar is also worth a visit. Happy hour at Flower Years (in Eaton Food Hall) lasts from 3pm to 7pm, and features superb prices for drinks (beer, wine, spirits with mixer, even sangria though that was only with red wine for alcohol).

Very good service and clean hotel ”
Every staff ( front desk, lift lobby staff) will greet you when they met you. We were upgraded and had well preparation for our anniversary celebration, they WOW us! Also the room was very clean and the view was so nice you can watching Nathan Road in your room ( my room was on 19/F with 2 bedrooms ). The location is great you can east to get everywhere. We are very recommend you choose this hotel when you come HK or for the staycations. The restaurant ( dinner buffet) here was nice you need to reserve booking before 5days.

The best stay exprience!”
It is certainly my best choice for staying in Eaton! Professional staffs with smiling faces, high tech facilities in good condition, beautiful hill view and road view could give me a peaceful mind in the crowded place. Rooms are clean and tidy. No bad smell or small insect. A big bottle of free drinking water, towel with different size and slipper is easily found in the room. I will choose Eaton again for my next stay, don't you?

Best place you could have ever wished for”
"What does your revolution look like?" such a sign board hanging in front of the hotel. Together with the various kind of cuisines and delicacies served in the dining area. This is the best hotel experience one could ask for. I would also recommend the restaurant - MUM Veggie Cafe. It's very unlikely for a hotel to include a vegetarian option in their food court. It's 100% vegan friendly. I have been going there all the time as a local as well. One thing to comment on is that there is no room service (or just me couldn't find the menu in room) making it less appealing but still - you could still go downstairs and have the brilliant Breakfast Buffet in the Astor. 5 star :)

Hotel Eaton rooms have ample space that you can surely enjoy, relax, take a break from your stressful life, and party for a bit if that is essential to you. The building offers everything you need, and their staff guarantees that guests are being taken care of really good. My booked room was an experience itself though it could have been more memorable (although I didn't need it that moment) if the other amenities, such as the gym and pool, were open that time. Otherwise, I might have extended my stay.😁

Cool place for study ”
I booked this for study with my classmate. I suggest the studio cabin can have 2 chairs. I request one extra chair from front desk, they are very helpful. The hotel also comes with many other retaurants so there are plenty of (reletively cheaper) options other than the buffet. It's very good.

I LOVE this hotel. I have stayed here 6 times and it is perfect!! Best location in Hong Kong right off of Nathan Road. I love the pool. I love the gym. This hotel has a great vibe. Staff is great and professional. It sounds crazy but I am always happy when I stay here!!! One of my absolute favorite hotels!

Hotel gives you a chill with style feeling. Staff are polite in general, both reservation, front desk and F&B. Appreciate that a cut cake was offered for birthday celebration but it was put in a room temperature for sometime. Pool area are clean and well maintained but small. Lack of reception staff (only 2 at reception on Sun noon. )
