Fantastic Brand New Hotel”
Four of us (two couples) stayed at Eco Lux Riverside Hotel for five nights and absolutely loved it! Best accommodation on our trip. The hotel is brand new with modern and stylish, quiet, large rooms, very comfortable big beds, large bathrooms, and hotel has a pool, onsite restaurant (inside and outside dining), and gym. Breakfasts were good with order as you like style buffet - everything cooked fresh for you when you order! We enjoyed daily foot and body massages in the in-house spa, and took advantage of the hotels free bikes for the short cycle into Hoi An Old Town. Hoi An is a “must visit”, and the hotel is just far enough outside of the Old Town to be peaceful yet close enough for a 10 min cycle or 5 min taxi ride to all of the great restaurants, markets, and shops. Waking up and looking out at the rice paddy field surrounding the hotel was a trip highlight. Grace on the front desk of the hotel was an absolute star! She greeted us all by name every time we came / went, and really treated us like friends / family throughout our stay, arranging for us tours, transportation, shows, and deliveries - all with a smile. Grace went the extra mile to make a really nice stay at a fantastic hotel a memorable experience for us all. We strongly recommend Eco Lux Riverside, and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Perfect place for a getaway”
Can’t recommend this place enough: nicest place I stayed in Vietnam and at such a good price! The pool was great, breakfast was tasty. The rooms were clean and well thought out. The staff were simply fantastic the whole time. Flora and Selena as well as the booking staff were so helpful. The trips they booked were the same price if not cheaper than quoted in town and everything ran seamlessly. I even asked them about a trip they don’t normally book and in the time that it took me to drink a coffee they had it all organised. Am very thankful for such a great place, and it’s a 10 minute walk to the old town, and plenty of lovely cafes and shops surrounding the hotel also.

Amazing hotel with super friendly staff”
Hotel is brand new and has great facilities. Room was super spacious, bed was comfortabel and amazing shower. Hotel is located outside the old center but very easy accessible by the free bikes of the hotel. The surrounding of the hotel is peacefull with views on the pool, the hotel vegetable garden and the rice fields. There is a pottery village walking distance from the hotel. We even went to the beach with the free bikes. One thing made the stay here extra special, that was the staff. We were welcomed with drinks and Grace from reception toke the time to check us in and tell us everything we wanted to know. All the members of the staff were so helpfull and kind. Would defenitely recommend staying here!

Amazing Hotel and Friendly Staff”
My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. We would go back in a heartbeat! Anna, the concierge was friendly and helpful and made great recommendations for travel and sight seeing throughout our trip even helping us to book cooking lessons in town and grab motorbike rides. The hotel is in a good location, short walk to the hoi an Old Towne . Free bike rentals. Incredible breakfast included in the stay with many selections including amazing pineapple pancakes. Clean, spacious room with very comfortable beds. We slept great here! Highly recommend!

A little piece of heaven”
This beautiful hidden gem off a hotel is so welcoming with a very high standard of service and attention to detail. All the staff cannot to enough for you and the rooms are spotless and clean. They supported us with all our requests and booking of trips and taxis. The location is perfect, quiet and easy walk to the old town and a short taxi to the beach. The food here is also of a very high standard and the breakfasts were out of this world. I'm sorry that I had to leave in the hope that one day I will return to this gorgeous hotel and hidden gem. All the staff were amazing but our special thanks goes to Nancy for her welcoming smile friendliness and advice of the area.

Stayed for 3 nights with friends. Great location that’s in walking distance from lots of lovely shops, bars & restaurants etc. Hotel very clean, beautiful rooms, lovely food and friendly & helpful staff. Huge thanks to Nancy who went out of her way to help us from the second we walked into the hotel. She sorted taxis, booked restaurants, gave us recommendations and advice on where to visit etc. So helpful and was always there to make sure we were ok and enjoying ourselves. Great hospitality, lovely stay and HUGE, comfy bed”
This hotel is incredible. You don’t realise how big it is from the front but once you’ve had you’re welcome drink and step out of the back it seems to go on forever. We had a balcony room. It was big with a huge bed (c310). Everything spotless and some nice welcome artwork on the bed (our honeymoon in flowers/leaves). Sunny (guest relations) was so hospitable and showed us to our rooms and asked us at breakfast if everything was ok. The staff are all lovely and a credit to the establishment. We had a long chat with a barman one evening who was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. Breakfast was plentiful with stuff for all tastes. It’s a 15 min walk along a dark road (it’s safe but bikes are crazy in Vietnam) into town. You can get a free shuttle but we always missed it. Hoi An is brilliant and this hotel is perfect oasis to experience it.

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of group tour. Location was good a little way out of town but the hotel can arrange taxi (very reasonable rates). Room spacious and very clean. A large gym room and fantastic swimming pool (very large) Breakfast had a good choice for both eastern and western tastes. Theres a couple of bars / restaurants on site - excellent choice of cocktails and snacks at good prices. Staff appeared helpful. Overall an excellent stay, wish we could have stayed longer.

Great choice in Hoi An”
We stayed for 5 nights in a suite and loved everything about our stay. We looked for a long time for a hotel which had the right balance of style, small size, location, pool and great food. Tom was perfect but then we arrived and realized the staff here are what makes it truly great. I’m not sure why it’s not rated higher on TA but it’s relatively new and I’m sure it will get there. Everyone was so incredibly kind especially Kaley-she chatted with us over a few meals and remembered what we liked for breakfast and where we liked to sit after one day...she is a really great asset to the team as is the GM-a super kind man. Don’t hesitate to book here! And definitely take the free shuttle to the beach-it’s very relaxing and a nice change of vibe compared to town. Run down…

Attentive staff”
The staff are just so attentative, without being intrusive. I can not praise them enough. You always get a greeting when you enter or leave the hotel. While at breakfast, they are just there for you. The manager does her rounds of the guests, whist you are at breakfast, which is always good to see. The breakfast (the only food we ate at the hotel) was tasty and varied. I've now found out I like my pancakes from any country... The hotel is more or less located mid way between old town and the beach. There are free shuttles provided to and from both. As well as cycles to loan, if you fancy the more energetic option. We tended to walk into old town and use the shuttle for the beach. To summerise: We don't think you'll get a better hotel for the money.

My daughter booked the hotel for our stay from December 26th - 31st, 2019 as part of our trip to visit Singapore ..Our room was a great size - spotless....great bed...magic bathroom..(only negative and being picky, it was at the front of the hotel and you could hear traffic noise..especially as in Hoi An, all drivers love to sound their horns!). From the time we arrived to the day we went back to Singapore, the staff were brilliant...couldn't do enough for you..so friendly and helpful and were great with our two grandchidren.Really handy also to use the hotel shuttle bus.We loved our time in Hoi An.....the Vietnamese people are so warm and friendly.Everlasting memorie

Gem Boutique Hotel in Hoi An”
We stayed at the Eco Lux Riverside hotel during our travels through Vietnam. The location of the hotel is excellent, just a short walk from the old town and the popular riverfront walk. The hotel has a great little breakfast and also a nice relaxing rooftop pool area. They offer a car service from Da Nang airport for 300,000 dong (approx 10 GBP) The rooms are lovely and wonderfully decorated with a lot of thought put into a number of little details. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You can borrow the hotel’s bikes to get around, which we’d recommend doing at least once while in Hoi An. Overall we highly recommend this hotel for a quiet and boutique stay in lovely Hoi An.

Fantastic hotel with the best staff, really nice pool area, super breakfast and overall experience is 10/10. We stayed for 5 days in January 2020 and it was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. What a beautiful boutique hotel on the outskirts of Hoi An. Right from the welcoming drink and personal welcome and escort to your rooms this place is a joy to stay in. Friendly staff, excellent food and service. Courtesy bus available if you don't fancy the short walk to the 'old town'. Bus will also take you to the beach if you fancy a dip. But why would you leave! pools spa available, tailor on site and 2 accommodating restaurants. We'll be back!

We had a good experience in this hotel. The staff is very very nice, the room was clean, spacious and beautiful, and the check-in / check-out hours were very convenient. They borrow bicycles for free, ideal to visit the city. Highly recommended!

I have to say this was my best hotel stay in the whole of Vietnam. This hotel is located on the river and easy walking distance into the centre of Hoi An. It has two swimming pools . The staff were fabulous and very helpful. The breakfast was a feast with all nationalities catered for. If you are planning to stay in Hoi An then I would recommend this hotel if you want luxury. Forgot to mention that the rooms are huge with pure linen sheets and big fluffy towels.

Brand new hotel. We got a room over looking to the river, that is the best view I have ever seen during my trip in Viet Nam. Room is large, breakfast is very good so far. Staffs are very friendly, they did help us to organise the trip to Cham Island, that was fantastic! We did regret that we stayed there 1 night only and would love to stay longer if we can. Beautiful place with Wonderful People!”
The hotel manager greeted us warmly upon arrival and took time to explain Hoi An to us. Seeing that there are 4 of us, he promptly made arrangements for 2 adjoining rooms instead of the family suite that we booked (to make our stay more comfy). The hotel is located about 2km away from the Old Town (costs about 50,000 VND to town by taxi), and is surrounded by beautiful paddy fields. It is really nice and quiet here. Breakfast is good and they have free bikes for you to go around. Rooms are clean, comfortable and with generous windows. They also gave us free foot massage (which both parents came back happy). We really enjoyed our stay here.
