Please improve the following @ executive suite Rm 301 provide wifi, provide bath tub, slippers, hangers in cabinet, remote control of split type aircon is not working. In addition, provide freshener in elevator, the smell is unpleasant.

Don’t expect too much from this humble accomodation. While it’s floor area is bigger than the average hotel accomodation in the city, the place has not been kept well. It looks old. The bathtub is rusty. And there is a foul smell coming from the CR. My guess, they do not have a good drainage and septic tank. I’d commend the helpful staff, fast and easy check-in and check-out. If you have a business near Ecoland area, this is a good moderately priced accomodation. It’s near SM ecoland and bus terminals. Breakfast is simple and the rice is mushy.

Location is just beside SM Ecoland, a great advantage for shoppers. Facilities is old and under maintained, our room is not well lit and the restroom stinks. Price is cheap though but if you are a backpacker, I believe there's a lot more cheaper inns which offers better accomodation than this one.

When I arrived, I was told that SkyCable was not available due to weather issues. But I found that weird because it had stopped raining for a few days already.

Need total facelift ”
Twin room has no window, small room, old fashioned, equipped with old CRT TV set, clogged toilet basin, shower is leaking and in awkward position. Most of all noisy during daytime due to construction and at night a loud singing noise on a bar nearby.

Been here before and swore never to come back. But Davao can be overbooked these days. For people like me who has to travel when business dictates at a moment’s notice, location becomes top priority. Ecoland Suites is right across SM Ecoland and a 7-11 is just a few steps away. Don’t ask about the amenities or the breakfast that supposedly comes with the room. I walked over to McDonalds for breakfast. But I survived it so I guess you will too! :)

The hotel is just a walking distance from Nationwide Health System where I got my medical done. The SM mall is just right infront of this facility and it is quite convenient for me as I had most of my meals there. But breakfast was being served in Ecoland Suite and you have it as a buffet, so you can eat as much as you want and the foods were delicious too. The staffs were also friendly and attentive to my needs. The only cons that I have observed is the noise coming from neighboring rooms but all in all my stay was really good.
