My room was very good, quiet, large and clean, with a new floor. Small flat, the very loud noise of the air conditioner and the water in the shower almost cold. Easy parking. Pleasant staff. Free coffee available. Excellent value for money.

Newly renovated with nice features. Floor was pergo laminate wood which was a nice change from carpet. It appeared clean but based on our feet, it was not. Regardless, I would stay at this location again as everything else was nice.

Everything was fine, except that it stated that were safes in the room. Well there was a safe, but it did not work. We asked about getting it fixed or moved to a room with a working safe, but that was not available. It sounded like they did not have any working safes. When I mentioned to them that they should remove the fact that there was a safe in the rooms, they just ignore my sugesstion.

Close to where our venue was for New Years Eve. The bathroom had tiny ants but it is expected in warm climates I guess. The front desk staff were very welcoming. We paid about $100/night per room and we had 4 rooms for New Years Eve. It was OK. I can’t fault it for the price we paid.

This is certainly not a 'First Class-Five Star Motel'. But, it is the ABSOLUTE lowest priced hotel that is located nearest to FLL. It cost less than the Motel 6 in that vicinity by about $15.. If you are frugal, it provides an acceptable alternative to classier motels that cost more than twice as much. We knew that we would be arriving late in the evening, so we called early the day we would arrive and told them we definitely were coming, but that we would arrive after 10PM. Sure enough, our room was awaiting us when we arrived, but there was a 'NO VACANCY' notice in the check-in area. There were no parking spaces in their lot, so we had to park on the street across from the motel. We only had coffee in the morning because with all the people there, it was like a ZOO. We tried the orange Juice, but it tasted as if it had been watered down. Any traveler who needs to conserve their money should consider staying at this motel ! Anyone who demands Top-Drawer accommodations should stay at a big name motel with the much more expensive price tag.
