This is the view you dream about for a beach vacation.”

Location was unbelievable. Right on the ocean, walking distance from Ste Anne beach plus stores + restaurants. Steps from a gorgeous infinity pool in a gated development. Even if I win the lottery I’ll never get a setting like this again.
Parts of the condo needed a little TLC. For instance, we never could get the front door open, so we went in and out a bay window. Also, had to pay via wire transfer (international in our case) which was both inconvenient and costly.

The apartment was in a wonderful location by the sea. The apartment was spacious and functional. You could swim and snorkel from the beach and there was a nice swimming pool in the yard. The reef protected from big waves, but there wasn't much to see when snorkeling. The owner was helpful and responded quickly to messages. There would have been a parking space for the car in its own fenced yard. Restaurant supply was weak in mid-May. A wonderful resort.
Beach chairs on the terrace would be nice.

Amazing location for anyone (a family in our case) wanting an independent stay in this area. Direct immediate access to the pool & the sea, with a 2 minute path to the beach, meaning you don't have to walk out and along the road to get to it Good host, good facilities. Large apartment.

Ubicación perfecta con acceso a mar y piscina, la playa a sólo dos minutos a pie. Apartamento amplio y bien equipado en urbanización con parking privado. Saint-Anne un pueblo con un encanto especial. La anfitriona excelente, muy buena comunicación, siempre disponible y ofreciendo ayuda. El sitio ideal para visitar la isla de Guadalupe.

Très Bel appartement, bien agencé, proche de toutes commodités, au calme et faisant face à la mer. A quelques mètres de la plage de Saint anne. Piscine dans la résidence, Propriétaire et personnel agréables.
Pas de climatisation : le seul climatisateur n' est pas fonctionnel. Des ventilateurs plafonniers dans les chambres et dans la salle : insuffisants la nuit, vu les températures sur l'île. Odeur désagréable, de renfermé dans les chambres. Linges de maison trop rêches Avec un peu d'effort ce serait l'éden.

L’emplacement proche de Sainte-Anne, la vue sur la mer et la piscine.
le confort général de l’appartement n’était pas à la hauteur : propreté approximative, vaisselle, complètement dépareillée et en nombre insuffisant ( très forte odeur en ouvrant les placards) , literie moyenne, odeur d’humidité, linge de maison troué et pas très propre. En résumé, l’entretien de l’appartement est approximatif et du coup le confort s’en ressent ( nous avons du coup toujours mangé à l’extérieur) . Nous avons contacté la propriétaire qui nous a rapporté des verres. mais il manquait beaucoup de choses pour être comme à la maison.

Humidité du logement lié au front de mer. Linge qui ne sèche pas, odeurs du linge de toilette. Cela est lié uniquement à l'emplacement.

Logement spacieux avec une excellente localisation”

Le logement bénéficie d’une excellente situation, proche des restaurants et du centre ville. L’appartement est spacieux et est équipé d’une terrasse ce qui est fort agréable. Nous étions à quelques mètres de là piscine et de la mer. TOP ! Nous avons également apprécié l’emplacement privé avec une barrière pour stationner notre véhicule de location. L’hôte est disponible, agréable et nous a donné de bons conseils.
C’est bien parce qu’il faut trouver une chose à mettre mais un grille-pain aurait été sympathique. Nous ne l’avons peut-être pas trouvés !
