Amazing hotel in the center of HCMC ”
I was positively suprised as i arrived to this hotel . The welcome drink, the reception staff and the luggage guys were all very kind and helpful . The hotel has perfect breakfast, very good service and very central located . You can not choose a better hotel in HCMC than Edenstar Hotel . The rooms are comfortable , i really can not write anything bad about this hotel , thats why my rating is the maximum !

Ideal location to many attractions within walking distance.”
I have stayed here twice in the past and have always find the Bellboys/Porters are most than welcoming and so happy to help with advice and directions. Checkin needs more personality, yes they are pleasant but they lacked personality. I had a spa room with frontage views of the street and appreciate the hotel not putting on the any level greater that the 4 floor as I don't like heights. Breakfast was well catered for both western and Asian style available. Noticed this was changed daily for the hot meals. Enjoyed breakfast here and the staff are so friendly. I did dine in a couple of times and the food was above average compared to a couple of places I had dined out in the same street nearby. The gym was well equipped and never busy including he pool on the upper deck with drink service available. Very clean and great views of the city. Always happy to return when I stay in HCMC next time. There is a large supermarket only 300m from the hotel for supplies if you can't find anything at the many nearby stores.

I gave 5 stars to Eden &Spa Hotel”
This hotel deserved 5 stars rating. Room is spacious and very clean, floor is shinny. I stay in a suite and it has a massage chair and a fancy tub. I have free breakfast but couldn’t go for breakfast because my flight was at 6am. The front desk staff is awesome, they packed breakfast to go for us. I love the afternoon tea, all the sweets tasted good but not too sweet. Awesome services. I personally give this hotel a 5 stars rating. Thank you Eden &Spa hotel!

Great location, slightly faded 4 star”
The location of Eden star is great, a few blocks from the Bui Vien walking street but far enough that it is pretty quiet. The rooms themselves weren't large but we're well appointed. When this was first built perhaps it was a 4 star but I'd say it's more of a 3.5 now. The rooftop pool area was great and such a refreshing way to end a day of sweating in the HCM heat. We were provide free water bottles, a couple of beers and ice teas in the minibar fridge each day for free which was a nice touch. The extendable shower head that retracts into the bath was not a great design, especially as there was no filler around the bath so water fell down the sides and then spread under the bath and pooled around the toilet base. Breakfast was good with lots of choices, although mostly Asian, that changed a bit daily. They did have an egg station but some muesli added to the cereal choice would be good. Overall a solid choice, and I may stay again but would also look at similar cheaper places in the area.

I have stayed there 2 times already. And everything is just perfect. So far it is really the best I have tried in HCM and I would gladly go again. Rooms are comfortable, modern. Everything is clean and convenient. If you need space and/workspace and/or living room then I advise you to go for the suite if you need cozy and romantic.. I actually enjoyed the executive room which was perfect for a couple.

The staff is very nice. Specially I always see smiles and felt welcoming from the security guys who open the hotel door to greet guests every time going in and out. Hotel is in a great location, close to everything but on a less so busy street. The room is nice and very clean. Breakfast is good, the pool is nice with a rooftop view. Def one of my favourite to come back.

One of the best breakfasts i had, spacious room (quiet and AC works great), the bed is comfy, friendly staff, and everything is clean and well maintained. The downside is that you should not expect much from the gym.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the food and markets ”
Myself and my sister had a wonderful 2 night stay originally We only booked one night but stay a extra From the moment we arrived by taxi the service was awesome Friendly happy staff greeted us Our room was on the 10 th floor with views overlooking the neighbourhood We had booked a premium twin deluxe room which had 2 king single beds clean bathroom with shower over bath All the linens where white and clean comfy beds and the aircon worked perfect Lovely pool on the 12th floor with great views of the city The breakfast was fantastic great Choice of food I loved the pho soup Easy work to both eat / walk street and the local market Highly recommend this lovey little hotel specially because of the staffs outstanding service I would definitely stay again

The original booking I had, did not have a panaroma view unlike the pictures (it was blacked out due to privacy but wasn't stated). I'd definitely ask to look at the room first since the pictures seem to have other pictures of other rooms in it. After speaking with the staff, we were able to upgrade to a much larger room (Luxary Panorma Suite) with an actual view for 2M VND for the 5 days that I was there. It is a large apartment almost with a used massage chair that does leak, but works nonetheless. The spa/massage in the hotel was nice and professional. The (2) main receptionist and staff were very accommodating. They do speak English. The breakfast option was delicious and had so many options, unlike other places I was at. The afternoon tea was so cute with the tea sandwiches set and picturesque, granted they didn't have dairy-free options there. They were fully staffed to help you out, like laundry (they'll send it off to get it washed and bring stuff to your room, too compared to the other 4 starred I stayed at in VN). If you have any issues or questions, they'd be glad to help you out. They come running to open the door for you every time and would help you with your luggage or bags since there are stairs leading up to the hotel. The location is slightly overshadowed by a neighboring hotel that was slightly larger, so the grab needs a little more direction sometimes. Otherwise, I didn't use the other amenities it offered (the pool is not heated, but I had other priorities than swimming in a hotel and the gym)

Staffs are nice and helpful. Room is clean and well facilated. Roof swimming pool is small but OK. Very good at reasonable price. There are convenience stores, coffee shops, restaurants nearby and walking distance to most of the view points.

I enjoy my stay here a lot. The only bad thing is that the whole hotel has only 2 ironing boards and they all torn down, with burned holes. It is super cheap to get a couple new ironing boards. I dont get why they are not replacing those.
