Best staff ever!”
We had a neighbor that thought it was a good idea to blare rap music all night which kept me up. We went to the front desk and the woman working ( I wish I had her name) was so friendly, accommodating, and understanding. She allowed us to move rooms and even gave us one with a beautiful river view for the inconvenience. I will definitely be back. Staff was friendly, casino was clean and the drinks didn’t take forever to get to you. Thanks for a great time and get a way! - Vicki Hardy

Edgewater Laughlin Stay”
The hotel was great. We had a river view room at a great price. The only downside was we went to play poker and because of COVID19 they cancelled all live poker between the time we booked and arrived. The left a day early with a credit from the hotel. I appreciated them working with us. They had a lot of safety precautions in place to keep the cleanest place possible.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights while we visited her dad across the river in Bullhead City. We loved the hotel and casino both. In the casino, I had better luck than her, winning enough to not have to use any of my credit/debit cards. The staff was amazing. Everyone from the front desk to valet and bellpeople were all friendly and very helpful. Originally booked a room in the Santa Fe tower. Arrived early and paid a small fee for early check in which was no problem at all. upon entering the room, we were very satisfied with the room. We thought our view was amazing. We both took a nap since we left home at 5am after I got off work. Thankfully the walls were not thin at all which helped immensely. Both nights, we had absolutely no problem falling asleep. One of our favorite features was the Dunkin' Donuts conveniently located directly across the check in desk. We self parked when we first got there and used valet the rest of the time.

Rooms were very clean. The hotel is somewhat in the middle of the riverwalk so you can go wherever you like. Restaurants are great. clean casino.

Perfect for my needs”
As a writer I needed a place to concentrate away from home but still have gaming area nearby for me to decompress. Edgewater with it's views fit the bill perfectly. Spent 10 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. Bravo Edgewater

with our check in was very friendly, helpful and hooked us up. I liked my room, ac was bomb, had a good view, hotel has a pool, casino and an arcade for the kids. They also have a bar I believe and a buffet which I did not use, but i did use the pool, casino and arcade along with my family and son. My son loved the pool and arcade. Yes the hotel needs a bit of maintenance and the carpet changed but people do have to understand that it looks the way it looks cause of people who come in from the pool dripping water. Also, the room service short lady was really nice. And you get free drinks while playing in the casino. My sister won some money but I didnt 🙁. Lastly, check out was super fast and I believe it was done by the supervisor which was a tall, skinny short hair lady. Wish I could've gotten all of these peoples names but I unfortunately did not. One thing I did not like was the cashier for chips.Other than that I enjoyed my stay here, will definitely reccomend & will come back.
