The apartment is clean and tidy. For 6 people it's a very good place to stay

Plenty places to eat, walking distance to city centre, visit to Edinburgh castle a must.

Nothing it was perfect

Easy access to buses to travel across Edinburgh to various destinations. Good decor, spacious, everything we needed including cot, iron, ironing board, hairdryer. Clean and very comfortable.

Door to ensuite didn't shut properly, toilet roll holder nearly coming off wall. Kitchen cupboard door missing and laminate peeling on others, kitchen floor chipped - could do with replacing - but all clean and everything worked.

The accomodation is quite good, but we found a very unpolite host. After we paid in advance the booking, he told us that we would be charged if we would have been arrived after 9 pm. We got a late flight and we arrived at 9.07 pm, and he charged us. Moreover, always after the payment of the booking, he told us that there would have been a deposit caution and that we can pay it cash. But when we arrived, he said that he would have transfer the money with the bank account anyway (even if we have paid cash) and we have been charged with 10 pounds more to have our money back. So i won’t recommend this accomodation because we have left 30 pounds for anything.

Apartment was on a quiet cul-de-sac. Comfortable furnishings. Very good service from owner - left my passport behind when we left, he has now sent it back.

Needed a make-over - missing or damaged cupboard doors in kitchen, small holes in walls. Also needed extra cleaning, mould around edge of bath. Shower in en-suite bathroom not working properly - no hot water. Dirty toilet brush in en-suite bathroom made it a bit smelly.

Owner insisted on 100 pounds deposit, either cash or on his bank account at least 5 days in advance. Because I didn't want anything to do with private accounts outside booking, I decided to give cash deposit. Usually, when you give cash deposit, you expect to be given back upon exiting. But owner insisted to give it back to me by bank transfer, which would deduce 10% for the fee?!!! So he knew in advance that bank would take away 10 percent of deposit, but insisted on the worst way of money transfer (he could use PayPal, my bank account, or just to give me back cash) So I just gave him cash, and that fee accounted as unpredicted expenses. And on top of that, he found one broken glass, which he valued 4 pounds. Just to resume: for 14 pounds he made me feel uncomfortable, not welcome, and so annoyed that I had to write such a long negative review. Sorry guys, but if you decide to take that apartment, jut walk on your tiptoes and pray that you don't break something, and add 10 pounds to the original price.

Fraudulent alert !.we paid £600 for 2 days stay and there was not even basic facilities provided in the kitchen.the vessels were poorly maintained. Even basic compliment like shower gel ,dishwash liquid,coffee powder,scrub was not given .we requested for baby cot even that was not given . They Charged for some rug damage that we never did . HARSHAD the incharge of the property never tried to give back our deposit amount. On second day of check out we called to ask about it and he gave us wrong claim on damage that was not done by us .they charged £60 for rug .The guy even stopped responding to my text and deducted the money. I see this as their strategy to take some amount from deposit. Never go for this property.worst experience ever . I am still trying to fix this out and get my money back .
